KABUL - US drone strikes have been reported in Afghanistan near Pakistan borders have targeted ISIS terrorists.

The coalition forces conducted airstrikes against ISIS Khurasan militants in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan.


Federal Cabinet meeting held in Islamabad: Important decisions taken
The 201st Silab Corps of the Afghan Military in the East in a statement said at least two ISIS-K militants were killed in coalition drone strikes in Achin district on Monday.

The statement further added that the National Directorate of Security personnel also conducted a separate operation in Achin district, arresting a local commander of ISIS-K.

Malaysian PM Mahathir Mohamad is coming to Pakistan with big investment deals
According to 201st Silab Corps, the ISIS-K commander who was detained during the operation has been identified as Mawlavi Aziz.

The anti-government armed militants including ISIS-K loyalists have not commented regarding the operations so far.

I don't need to learn from taliban sympathizers. Even our government officially banned these organisations.
We are front line state on war against terrorism. We will never accept extremism & terrorism. We taught them lesson in Swat operation & lal masjid operation. We can't allow ninjas to raise stick against our army otherwise we will teach them lesson as we taught to Lal masjid students.
