US creates influence and perception of being a friend by doing multiple such ventures world over. We need to take that which we can gratefully. The trick is not to listen to any suggestions which they might have other than the ones which affect us favourably. We will need to be on our toes with tackling Polio and these vessels will come in handy. Too long have we listened to the illiterate mullah and prevented vaccination of our children against Polio.
