US Apologizes to Pakistan For Salala Attack

I wonder if an Indian would have got the leeway to bring off topic rants in a subject so sensitive to Pakistan. But hey, go ahead and rant.. Its expected of you..

The Indians have been burning at both ends for the last 20 pages without any shame or reservations, my reply was like wise to some cheap banter, then again what else should one expect from you and your kind......burn at will.
I am still staying with the actual wordings and look around in Pakistan.. Unlike you, Intelligent people in Pakistan are now able to decipher this statement for what it really is.. And there is a pretty interesting cartoon doing rounds around this.. Its in bad taste but not too far from truth..
Yes, the Indians have descended with all their morals on this issue which by far doesn't even concern them, however, we know our seven months of resistance will never blow sunshine up your skirt but, on a word or two you are regurgitating the same nonsensical banter. Any sane person wouldn't expect any party to disclose word for word to the media, but then you are an exception.Remember it's the US that has made the announcement, obviously careful in choosing the words to play with their media.....in an election year.
Says the person who brought Kargil to the discussion about Pakistan's eternal search for a USA apology about Salala

To the nit picks who were once ranting that the supply route be open within a month.

Now Fox News is a credible source too.. Eh? Go back and read some of their other articles about Pakistan
I have no looked into TOI to float your boat, as Agno said, the whole American media is calling it an apology,..... but i guess they must use a different term in the Call Centre Communicate.

I dont understand what is whole fuss about? We need to understand there is only a certain point to which we can push the world's superpower. Beyond that point, we are seriously risking of an open hostility between the two sides. Now seriously how many of us want that and that too under such circumstances when Pakistan does not even have electricity.
Lets get rational people, we are a broke nation, the government has broken all records of corruption. We have Zardari as our president and Rental Raja as our PM. What do you expect?
What we should really be focused on and prey that these months pass and elections are held and for God sake people choose wisely. Don't vote for these people again and again otherwise God for bid but Pakistan will disintegrate.

Congrates to Pakistan and its people.

They withstood pressure from a lone superpower for 7 months, that itself is achievement, considering it economic state.
Thank You U very much....I guess this wouldn't be possible without the moral help of the good neighbors like U guyz...I guess U guyz are equally deserving this credit as well........

No- these guys are as usual bz looking for the word "apology"-

It is not that US doesnt need Pakistan or Pakistan doesnt need US both countries need each other for something.

Hillary Clinton has apologised and Supply lines have been opened. It's Over.

US apology over Shahrukh Khan incident was better then this!!

Please dont compare Your Brave soldiers with shahrukh khan, He is a person who is looking for publicity. Your soldiers who were in that particular checkpost were fighting for your country and protecting your people from cross border raids from afghanistan.

Lets argue that NATO/ amrika is sorry for the 'losses suffered by Pak Mil' and not the act itself?-

Excuses.. Excuses.. and gladly lapped up by the Mods because of excessive green in your flags :). Anyway, Indians have no stake in this except marvelling at the minuteness of what your kind accepted to dump 7 months of extremely brave effort..

What was it that Karan used to say about insults and incompetence ;)

Err.. the official text of the statement is on the site of US State dept.

Assuming you are refering to Mr Cheng?

The same American media also call drone attacks justified in most part. Guess now with this "apology" you will accept that too..

US got one hell of a deal... No stopping of Drones.. No transit fee..All they had to do was this..?

There are other bigger things than just transit route price hike.
