Urdu, Pashto VOA websites inaccessible in Pakistan

To block any website can't fulfill your objective because it is technically possible to show website in particular country by automatically changing the IP of viewers those visit the website.

For example if you block my website in Pakistan I can make sure that the viewer from Pakistan will visits my website but when they type the name of URL I can connect them to another server and that server first change the IP which comes from Pakistan and immediately show them the content of the website.. Yes it is technically possible.

So what do you need to do is that Pakistan should have own firewall network and servers just like china has her own system.. All the foreign websites first come to Pakistan's firewall and should only move forward after verify the URL.

Right now Pakistan is mostly running the same European servers which can be easily manipulated by European countries.
