Disagreement is not problem as long as we don't make it matter of ego. Even maternal brother disagree with each others on different topics. Peoples should have patience to listen the point of view of others even if it don't match with their personal opinions. Forums is all about sharing knowledge or opinions. If we all agree with each others then discussion will never continue

bcz all these were part of greater India before 1947, All the things you are talking about are part of Indian history not Pakistan, you can verify that with your local historians.

I have to admit .. The most accurate & correct Urdu is spoken in Hyderabad Deccan .. Few years backs some relatives comes from there & what a accent they have ... they literally put our Urdu to shame .

I also have many hyderbadi friends and they can even read/write Urdu . I love their Hyderabadi biryani lol

I guess , you never had the opportunity to talk with some one from Lucknow..No one from Pakistan can talk like that..
They take this sweet language to a different level altogether..

My Khaloo said me that he went to Lucknow & he visits to PAN shop , my Khaloo was stunned with his urdu ....
there are many accents in urdu and some accents are very catchy & sweet to hear .

they are not wrong because they understand hindi movie 99.99 percent without learning hindi lol

i never learned hindi until 5th grade but being a marathi i never had to do extra effort to understand hindi movies even when i was in primary

In the south asian region where you can find a new language every couple of hundred miles, it is foolish to fight over the ownership of a language. All I can say is that, Urdu is a beautiful language. I do not speak urdu but from whatever I know from the songs i have heard, all i can say is that Urdu songs are a treat for the ears. Same is the case with tamil. INDIANS AND PAKISTANIS, STOP FIGHTING OVER A LANGUAGE!!!
