can't say much but I think 'kisi nuazmoda sahair ne Faraz ki zameem main tabaizami ki hai' btw this sher is quoted with the names of different poets like Faraz, Moshin Naqvi & Nasir Kazmi .... this is certainly not an authentic piece of work of any of that poet

I think, "Ajab" is more suited instead of "Ajeeb" in first line

It is possible and it wont affect the sher per se. In fact, I have seen 'version' of this sher where "Ajab" is used and not "Ajeeb". I don't know who this couplet belongs to so very difficult to verify which version is correct.
Technically, and in my humble opinion, it should be like this:
Ajeeb teri siasat, ajab tera nizam
Ajeeb is generally used with things to which feminine gender is conventionally attributed such as 'siasat' (hoti hey), dunya (hoti hey) etc.
Ajab, on the other hand is generally used with things to which masculin gender is attributed such as 'haal' (hota hey), 'waqt' (hota hey), 'muamla' (hota hey) etc.
Example: From Moulana Haali
Aye khaasa-e-khaasaan-e-Rusul waqt-e-dua hai
Ummat pey teri aakay ajab waqt para hai
Example: From Daagh Dehlavi
Ajab apna hal hota jo visaal-e-yaar hota
Kabhi jan sadqey hoti kabhi dil nisar hota
Example: Habib Jalib
Teri aankhon ka ajab turfa saman dekha hey
Aik aalam teri jaanib nigran dekha hey
But there are exceptions and I have read pieces where the two words have been used interchangeably.
