It's interesting to note that in Pakistan, the roads etc are usually wider and cleaner etc. While they have few tall buildings. Government spending is good, but little private investment.

It shows the height of inefficiency/corruption/whatever in the GoI that there are so many skyscrapers and the roads are worse than those in Pakistan.

Who knows the inner one?
Roads are getting better day by day.
Delhi already has the best system of roads,while other parts are catching up very fast

Guys this skywrappers and beautiful flyovers cant represent the both countries growth or development ...

i will say we are developed only if all of our population are able to sleep well in their own house with atleast 200 rs savings per day..
