*China stocks saw their biggest gain in week Tuesday, rebounding from four-year lows despite concerns over new tariffs from the Trump administration

*Beijing did not immediately impose retaliatory tariffs, rather releasing a statement accusing the U.S. of bringing about “new uncertainty” to negotiations

(Beijing) — China stocks posted their largest gain in three weeks on Tuesday, shrugging off concerns about new U.S. tariffs as the mainland’s benchmark index rebounded from lows not seen in four years.

US regime is becoming boring even for China's flighty mom and pop stock market.

US regime needs to something BIGGER and BADDER with lots of sound and visual effects.

Don't call it KRAKEN, call it ARMAGEDDON, or MADDD MAX!

Otherwise, the desired awesome effect cannot be made.

When I see Jim Cramer or some other dumb commentator citing the Chinese stock market as evidence of China losing the trade war, I chuckle. People should know that most Chinese wealth is not invested in the stock market but in the real estate market. Back in 2010-2011, when the Chinese economy was soaring after the global recession, the stock market stagnated.

I think they are educated in linear thinking and one specific school of economics.

They are too old and well-vested to change their outlook. I guess as long as their ideas find customers and they keep their paychecks, the welfare or future of the USers is none of their concern.

The US is a class structure, not a society in traditional form. Hence, those in the top do not care about those at the bottom. Therefore, they can manufacture perspectives without empirical backing or through twisting facts, and nothing happens.

No punishment for failure.

The relationship between China's economy and stock market is a very loose relationship.
