Defending any foreign country when it has harmed or killed your citizens or negatively effected your national interests is fiendish

I have seen Shias in India to be very logical in their stand on many issues and are at forefront in fighting fanatics.

Pakistan has largely pacified Balochistan. Either these elements were smugglers or sectarian elements. The sectarian elements like LEJ -Alami who targetted Hazara Shia bus in Balochistan have links with IS in Afghanistan and has been outsourced to target Shias. Pakistan doesnt seek confrontation especially at a time when Iran is seeking to play a role in CPEC. Recent statements by Zamir Kabulov, Russian envoy to Afghanistan that Afghan Taliban's goals are alligned with Russia in containing IS alongside revelations that Iran has invited Afghan taliban leaders to a conference reflect that a entente between Pakistan-Russia-Iran-Afghan Taliban is developing with respect to neutralising the threat from Islamic State in Afghanistan. This should be coupled with joint border management, the sectarian elements are funded by various regional players not happy with Chinese in Balochistan, Iran needs to understand that and develop a joint framework with Pakistan of neutralising this threat whether in the form of sectarian elements or intel agents (like Kulbhushan Yadav)
