We will do what we like, unless you have the guts to take him from us. Either way, that monkey is proof of Indian terrorism in Pakistan, a living & breathing example, at least for now. :)
Sure dude if that's proof enough take him to town .but wait you won't.

Is that why the ICJ didn't give him any relief beyond counselor access? If he was innocent, why didn't the court comment on his innocence at all? Don't need to be in a rush to "take him to town", he is locked up and cannot do anymore harm anyways.

You guys make our agencies look like super humans ,if they are even 25% of what you say then they would have already found a replacement .no one knows our agencies in our country.

Good you know part of it,find out why he is not being hanged.

I see you have skipped my questions all together. No worries, I am all too used to Indians not being able to answer simple questions and suddenly develope selective hearing/reading. So let me reiterate it: why did the ICJ not issue any statement on his innocence, why was he not acquitted?

In any case your terrorist is rotting in jail as we speak, when do you reckon the big and powerful India will be coming to free him?

You can keep explaining and explaining over again to these ********, they don't want to understand and keep on applying their stupid Vedic logic, they will keep coming out with absurd excuses, its like talking to a rock with no reasoning, these ******** think they are more superior than us, heck they have no shame in defending rape, lynching of muslims and so forth.

There is no skipping,I expect the opposite person of having basic understanding on what he is taking .that's why I said to find out the reason he is not being hanged.

You can speculate all you want as to why it has been halted but unless you have proof solid, it is mere speculation. And just because it has not happened yet, it does not mean it cannot happen tomorrow, next month or even year. But what is a matter of fact is that ICJ, an independent court did not speak of his innocence or aquitted him. It is as simple as that, he is currently still rotting in jail.

Jadhav case (India v. Pakistan)
Summary of the Judgment of 17 July 2019
Procedural background (paras. 1-19)
The Court recalls that, on 8 May 2017, the Government of the Republic of India (hereinafter
“India”) filed an Application instituting proceedings against the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
(hereinafter “Pakistan”) alleging violations of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of
24 April 1963 (hereinafter the “Vienna Convention”) “in the matter of the detention and trial of an
Indian national, Mr. Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav”, sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan
in April 2017. On the same day, India submitted a Request for the indication of provisional
measures.
By an Order of 18 May 2017, the Court indicated the following provisional measures:
“Pakistan shall take all measures at its disposal to ensure that Mr. Jadhav is not
executed pending the final decision in these proceedings and shall inform the Court of
all the measures taken in implementation of the present Order.”
It further decided that, “until the Court has given its final decision, it shall remain seised of the
matters which form the subject-matter of this Order”.
