Do not apply your Chinese criterion of power consumption every where. In each new computer we build, we have managed to reduce cpower consumption to half or even 1/4 th. Our computers are very power efficient as per Supercomputing Conference (SC 2013).

Why you bring China research in building a submarine reach US in 2hrs just as irrelevant Indian brought in India planned to build a supercomputer into this thread discussion. There already a thread running in South Asia section about India plan to build a supercomputer.
