They can get young men from Pakistan that will be trained by Pakistan military as many as 5 million or even more even for SSGs too.

Not a good decision. They should try to look towards Pakistan to have 5 Million young trained men...

Around 80% of UAE's population are expiates which includes Indians(30%), Pakistanis(20%), Bangladeshis and other Arab citizens
So if they recruit soldiers from any of the above mentioned nation it might backfire
