OPEN DEBATE: TO COMBINE HIT / STEEL MILLS to make a largest Industrial Unit in Pakistan
It would be preferred Supplier for Steel in country for all Defense projects and DAM and Gwadar related industrial projects.

Think of it like our Saudi Aramco , or General Motors , or Our Siemens

• Pakistan Military is already a buyer of HIT Products , but future Product buyers could be buyers of steel for construction and buyer of auto / trucks / buses in Pakistan

In China any state officer in charge found involved in Corruption is Hanged it is simple as that there is no buts and ifs

This is debate should HIT expand into Steel Sector and gradually into Civilian Auto Manufacturing


We need STATE level Heavy Industry + Steel + Manufacturing Giant

HIT has all the necessary expertise in Manufacturing of Heavy Vehicles , and they will 100% make a Civilian version of Light Vehicles / Trucks and Buses

During Nawaz era , Mittel interview published. Where he showed interest to take over PS and show his intention to ex PM . Interviewer asked question, about the failure of PS and remedies . According to him, this factory has no reason to fail, because of its location. Very few steel mills in the world, which are next to deep sea port and right in the middle of market place.

Just a kid's imagination. There is no synergy between HIT and PSML. If there are technical synergies they are between Peoples Steel Mills, which is managed by NESCOM, and PSML. All the specialized steel and other alloys for strategic project is provided by Peoples Steel Mills. Problem with PSML is its high level of debt which needs to be paid off or taken over by the government before it can be revived. NESCOM has also taken over Heavy Mechanical Complex 1. HMC 3 was already run by PAEC.

If we can transfer the Engineering High Excellence attained at KAMRA or HIT , and take that professionalism into Steels Production / and Civilian Auto sector that would a great commercial success.

How many Tanks does HIT sells ? 100-200

But how many Automotives can be sold inside Pakistan ?? 1 Lakh cars or 7 lakh cars

We need to take that high PERFORMANCE , High Professionalism gained from KAMRA/HIT and push that into Steel Industry / Civilian Auto sector
