Unknown assailants fired at the Japanese man, who the police identified only as 'Oci Koniyo', at Kawnia Upazila’s Alutari Nachniya area .

Kawnia police OC Rezaul Karim said they are seeking detailed identity of the murdered Japanese.

The body has been kept at the Rangpur Medical College and Hospital, he said.

The murder comes within a week of that of an Italian aid worker at Dhaka's Gulshan diplomatic zone.

. . .
Unidentified assailants should start killing the minds behinds these incidents. Enough nonsense with kangaroo court drama or RAB/DGFI's so called disappearing and cross fire BS drama. In BD less civility is better we are not western country. People should better understand this.

Not Jamaati,ISIS..

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the fatal shooting of an Italian citizen on a street in the diplomatic quarter of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, according to an intelligence group monitoring jihadi threats.

The claim by the extremist group, which controls swaths of Iraq and Syria and is intent on expanding its influence across the Muslim world, could not immediately be verified independently. If it was confirmed, it would mark the group’s first attack in the secular south Asian nation.

Isis reportedly said in a statement dated on Monday that a “security detachment” had tracked and killed Tavella with “silenced weapons” in Dhaka, according to the SITE intelligence group’s website

It is the same pattern as adopted by RAW trained terrorists in Karachi.

I say go after the source, hired foot soldiers are just pawns in the game.

There are terrorists caught in Karachi who have told extremely outrageous stories. These RAW trained terrorist adopt different tactics with the major aim to destablize the city. They will kill Shia one day and a Sunni scholar next, leaving behind all sort of hate pamphlets to make it look like a sectarian kill.

Then they would go after politicial leaders of different parties and again leave behind hate pamphlets to make it look as if the killers were from the opposite party.

Simple but effective tactic by Indian trained terrorists. So investigate from all angles!
