Come on guys dont make out that there are policman all over looking like this. They look quite senior. Im sure in their youth they werent like this. They are probably not on the front line.

^^^ but still i don't even consider the police in India as a police force they are more like illiterate brutes who probably don't even know anything about the law like i am not even kidding as a kid i saw 2 cars crash on a road the police immediately came and just started looking the next thing i see is one of the drivers of the crashed cars handing the inspector a 500 rs bill after he took the bill the inspector and other police officers arrested the other driver and took him off to jail.....

anyone can become a police officer in our countries no offense but a short skinny dude with a lathi isn't exactly going to stop a robbery or attack i really wish they would modernize the police so they can actually uphold the law

It depends from state to state. In Kerala most of the police constables are graduates eventhough the required qualification is metric pass. I even heard of post graduates & Phd holders inducted to police as constables. I am not saying that that makes them saints, but the incident that you described will not happen in Kerala. Also in Kerala, a policeman with lathi can keep law and order with no problem , but that cannot be said about other states where every 'Thakur' has his own goon gang armed to the teeth.

In Kerala after training both constables and inspectors have to serve about 5 years in camp where they are held as reserve. Physical fitness of these policeman are very high as they had to undergo PT every day. After that they are posted to various police stations and their physical fitness goes to the dogs.

The Gun culture has not yet reached Kerala and I hope it doesn't. Most of the bank robberies take place at night rather than daytime. Also I never claimed that Kerala Police is the best in India but I was answering your comment that policemen are ' illiterate brutes' which the vast majority are not. They are simply policeman being 'policeman'. If our policemen has to really 'protect & serve' there must be a complete overhaul of the Police System in India.Most of the Police In India still follows the rules and regulations written by British during the Colonial Era when Police was an instrument of state terror rather than public servants.

I thought BMI for men between 20-25 is normal, anything below 20 is underweight and anhting above 25 is overweight. But even if you are over 25 and below 28 then you are fine and not that bad.

having a BMI anywhere between 20-25 imo is healthy 26-29 is overweight 30 and above is morbidly obese since Punjabis are large people being overweight is no setback however being morbidly obese with a pot belly is bad and puts you at risk for diabetes India has the worlds largest population with diabetes mainly due to the unhealthy eating habits like putting Ghee in everything we eat
