The Titles of the Naqshbandi Golden Chain
The designation of the Naqshbandi Golden Chain has changed from century to century. From the time of Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (r) to the time of Bayazid al-Bistami (r) it was called as-Siddiqiyya. From the time of Bayazid to the time of Sayyidina Abdul Khaliq al-Ghujdawani it was called at-Tayfuriyya. From the time of Sayyidina 'Abdul Khaliq al-Ghujdawan to the time of Shah Naqshband it was called the Khwajaganiyya. From the time of Shah Naqshband through the time of Sayyidina Ubaidullah al-Ahrar and Sayyidina Ahmad Faruqi, it was called Naqshbandiyya.

Naqshbandiyya means to "tie the Naqsh very well." The Naqsh is the perfect engraving of Allah's Name in the heart of the murid. From the time of Sayyidina Ahmad al-Faruqi to the time of Shaikh Khalid al-Baghdadi it was called Naqshbandi-Mujaddidiyya. From the time of Sayyidina Khalid al-Baghdadi until the time of Sayiddina Shaikh Ismail Shirwani it was called the Naqshbandiyya-Khalidiyya. From the time of Sayyidina Isma'il Shirwani until the time of Sayyidina Shaikh 'Abdullah ad-Daghestani, it was called Naqshbandi-Daghestaniyya. And today it is known by the name Naqshbandiyya-Haqqaniyya.

ABOUT NAQSHBANDI SUFI WAY
The most distinguished Naqshbandi Way is a school of thought and practice that stood in the vanguard of those groups which disseminated truth and fought against evil and injustice, especially in Central Asia and India in the past, in China and the Soviet Union in modern times, and in Europe and North America today. Naqshbandi shaykhs who took up political, social, educational and spiritual roles in their communities, acting according to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet

The most distinguished Naqshbandi Order is the way of the Companions of the Prophet and those who follow them. This Way consists of continuous worship in every action, both external and internal, with complete and perfect discipline according to the Sunnah of the Prophet It consists in maintaining the highest level of conduct and leaving absolutely all innovations and all free interpretations in public customs and private behavior. It consists in keeping awareness of the Presence of God, Almighty and Exalted, on the way to self-effacement and complete experience of the Divine Presence. It is the Way of complete reflection of the highest degree of perfection. It is the Way of sanctifying the self by means of the most difficult struggle, the struggle against the self. It begins where the other orders end, in the attraction of complete Divine Love, which was granted to the first friend of the Prophet, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq(ra).

The First Spiritual Inheritors of the Prophet (sw)
Historically speaking, the Naqshbandi tariqat can be traced back to the first of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (r), who succeeds the Prophet (s) in his knowledge and in his role of guiding the Muslim community. Allah said in the Holy Qur'an "He was the second of two in the cave, and he said to his friend: 'do not be sad, for God is with us'" [9:40]. Of him the Prophet (s) said, "If I had taken to myself a beloved friend, I would have taken Abu Bakr as my beloved friend; but he is my brother and my companion."

What distinguishes the Naqshbandi school from other Sufi orders was the fact that it took its foundations and principles from the teachings and example of six bright stars in the firmament of the Prophet (s). These great figures were: Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, Salman al-Farisi, Jacfar as-Sadiq, Bayazid Tayfur al-Bistami, cAbdul Khaliq al-Ghujdawani, and Muhammad Baha'uddin Uwaysi al-Bukhari, known as Shah Naqshband--the eponymous Imam of the tariqat.

Behind the word "Naqshband" stand two ideas: naqsh which means "engraving" and suggests engraving the name of Allah in the heart, and band which means "bond" and indicates the link between the individual and his Creator. This means that the Naqshbandi follower has to practice his prayers and obligations according to the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (s) and to keep the presence and love of Allah alive in his heart through a personal experience of the link between himself and his Lord.

Besides Abu Bakr as-Siddiq, who are these stars in the firmament of the Prophet (s)? One of them was Salman al-Farisi (r). His origin was Isfahan in Persia and he was the one who advised the Muslims to dig a trench in the battle of Ahzab. After the Muslims seized al-Mada'in, the capital city of Persia, he was made Prince and governor of that city and remained there until his death.

Another star was Jacfar as-Sadiq. A descendant of the Prophet (s) on his father's side and of Abu Bakr (r) on his mother's, he rejected all positions of honor in favor of retreat and spiritual learning and practice. He was called "The Inheritor of the Prophetic Station (Maqam an-Nubuwwa) and the Inheritor of the Truthful Station (Maqam as-Siddiqiyya).

The oldest recorded occurrence of the term safa was in reference to his student, Jabir ibn ayyan, in the middle of the second Hijri century. He was a mufassir al-Qur'an or master in exegesis, a scholar of hadith, and one of the greatest mujtahids (qualified to give legal decisions) in Madinah. His Tafsir is partially preserved in Sulami's haqa'iq at-tafsir. Layth ibn Sacd, one of the most reliable transmitters of prophetic traditions, witnessed Jacfar's miraculous powers as the latter was able to ask for anything, and God would grant it to him on the spot.

Another star was Bayazid Tayfur al-Bistami whose grandfather was a Zoroastrian. Bayazid made a detailed study of the statutes of Islamic law (sharica) and practiced a strict regimen of self-denial. All his life he was assiduous in the practice of his religious obligations. He urged his students (murids) to put their efforts in the hands of God and he encouraged them to accept a sincere and pure doctrine of tawhid, knowledge of the Oneness of God. This doctrine, he said, imposes five obligations on the sincere:

To keep obligations according to the Qur'an and Sunnah;
To always speak the truth;
To keep the heart free from hatred;
To avoid forbidden food (haram);
To shun innovation (bid`a).
Bayazid said that the ultimate goal of the Sufis is to know God in this world, to reach His Divine Presence, and to see Him in the Hereafter. To that effect he added: "There are special servants of Allah who, if Allah veiled them from His vision in Paradise, would have implored Him to bring them out of Paradise as the inhabitants of the Fire implore Him to escape from Hell."

Yet another star in the firmament of the Prophet (s), was cAbdul Khaliq al-Ghujdawani, who was born in the village of Ghujdawan, near Bukhara in present-day Uzbekistan. He was raised and buried there. He studied Qur'an and the Islamic sciences of both external and internal knowledge until he reached a high station of purity. He then traveled to Damascus where he established a school from which many students graduated and went on to become masters of fiqh and hadith as well as spirituality in their time, both in the regions of Central Asia and in the Middle East.

`Abdul Khaliq continued the work of his predecessors by formulating the dhikr (remembrance of God) passed down from the Prophet (s) according to the Sunnah. In his letters he set down the code of conduct (adab) that the students of the Naqshbandiyya were expected to follow.

The Imam of the Tariqat
Shah Baha'uddin Naqshband
In this constellation, we come finally to Muhammad Bahauddan Uways al-Bukhari, known as Shah Naqshband, the Imam of the Naqshbandi Tariqat without peer. He was born in the year 1317 C.E. in the village of Qasr al-carifan, near Bukhara. After he mastered the sharicah sciences at the tender age of 18, he kept company with the Shaikh Muhammad Baba as-Samasi, who was an authority in hadith in Central Asia. After the latter's death, he followed Shaikh Amir Kulal who continued and perfected his training in the external and the internal knowledge.

The students of Shaikh Amir Kulal used to make dhikr aloud when sitting together in association, and silent dhikr when alone. Shah Naqshband, however, although he never criticized nor objected to the loud dhikr, preferred the silent dhikr. Concerning this he says, "There are two methods of dhikr; one is silent and one is loud. I chose the silent one because it is stronger and therefore more preferable." The silent dhikr thus became the distinguishing feature of the Naqshbandiyya among other tariqats.

Shah Naqshband performed Hajj (Pilgrimage) three times, after which he resided in Merv and Bukhara. Towards the end of his life he went back to settle in his native city of Qasr al-cArifan. His teachings became quoted everywhere and his name was on every tongue. Visitors from far and wide came to see him and to seek his advice. They received teaching in his school and mosque, a complex which at one time accommodated more than five thousand people. This school is the largest Islamic center of learning in Central Asia and still exists in our day. It was recently renovated and reopened after surviving seventy years of Communist rule.

Shah Naqshband's teachings changed the hearts of seekers from darkness to light. He continued to teach his students the knowledge of the Oneness of God in which his precedessors had specialized, emphasizing the realization of the state of ihsan (excellence) for his followers according to the hadith of the Prophet (s), "Ihsan is to worship God as if you see Him."

When Shah Naqshband died he was buried in his garden as he requested. The succeeding Kings of Bukhara took care of his school and mosque, expanding them and increasing their religious endowments (awqaf).

Succeeding shaikhs of the Naqshbandi Tariqat wrote many biographies of Shah Naqshband. Among them are Mascud al-Bukhari and Sharif al-Jarjani, who composed the Awrad Baha'uddan which describes him and his life's works including his fatawa (legal decisions). Shaikh Muhammad Parsa, who died in Madina in 822 H. (1419 C.E.) wrote Risala Qudsiyya in which he talks of Shah Naqshband's life, his virtues, and his teachings.

Shah Naqshband's literary legacy included many books. Among them are Awrad an-Naqshbandiyyah, the Devotions of Shah Naqshband. Another book is Tanbih al-Ghafilin. A third book is Maslakul Anwar. A fourth is Hadiyyatu-s-Salikan wa Tuhfat at-Talibin. He left many noble expressions praising the Prophet (s) and he wrote many legal rulings. One of his opinions was that all the different acts and kinds of worship, whether obligatory or voluntary, were permitted for the seeker in order to reach reality. Prayer, fasting, zakat (paying the poor-tax), mujahadat (striving) and zuhd (self-denial) were emphasized as ways to reach Allah Almighty.

Shah Naqshband built his school on the renewal of the teachings of the Islamic religion. He insisted on the necessity of keeping the Qur'an and the teachings of the Sunnah. When they asked him, "What are the requirements of one who follows your way?" he said, "To follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (s)." He continued saying: "Our way is a rare one. It keeps the cUrwat ul-Wuthqa, the Unbreakable Bond, and it asks nothing else of its followers but to take hold of the Pure Sunnah of the Prophet (s) and follow the way of the Sahaba (Companions of the Prophet (s)) in their ijtihad (efforts for Allah).

"The Naqshbandi School is the easiest and simplest way for the student to understand tawhid. It urges its followers to seek a state of complete worship of Allah both publicly and privately by keeping the complete code of conduct of the Prophetic Sunnah. It encourages people to keep to the strictest modes of worship (cazima) and to abandon exemptions (rukhsa). It is also free from all innovations and deviations. It does not demand of its followers perpetual hunger or wakefulness. That is how the Naqshbandiyya has managed to remain free from the excesses of the ignorant and the charlatans (mushacwazan). In sum we say that our way is the mother of all tariqats and the guardian of all spiritual trusts. It is the safest, wisest, and clearest way. It is the purest drinking-station, the most distilled essence. The Naqshbandiyya is innocent from any attack because it keeps the sunnah of the beloved Prophet (s)."

We are presenting to the general public, by order of our Sheikh, Sheikh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani, fortieth in that Golden Chain of the Naqshbandi Masters, an all-too-brief book filled with the light of these Pure Masters, their aphorisms, their teachings, their way of life, and their examplary saintliness. We hope that it will bring the reader a taste of the lives of these Shaikhs, who light our way to the knowledge of Reality and Truth, to the Love of the Beloved Prophet (s), and to the ultimate goal of all, which is to reach the Divine Presence of our Creator.

"My work is to weep at night in remembering my Beloved;
my sleep is to remain absorbed in thoughts of my Beloved."
"In vain do eyes stay awake if not to behold You.
In vain do tears flow for another than You."
"The lovers die at every moment,
for their dying is not of one kind.
The lover has received two hundred spirits
from the Spirit of Guidance,
and he sacrifices them all at every instant.
For every spirit he receives ten in return

3 Lights of Creation



Rajabun Shahrullah, Shaban shahr an-Nabi and Ramadan opening shahr al-ummah.
The Secret of the three Recitations of Surah Ya-Seen [36] and Allah granting us the secret of life, wa laqad karamna bani Adam (as).
The Divine heart wants to be known. The favor of Rajab is to be free from intercession of anything in creation. That is, no creation has yet manifested in the ocean of creation. No angel and no creation will bring that reward to us. That is from the secret of the Divine heart that is moving in Rajab and from the creation of that light which is moving in Rajab. We recite the first Surah Ya-Seen for the reality of that heart and recite the first of three Surat al-Ikhlas, which is from that divine heart. This is the inclination of the Divine to create creation.
Once that will is begun the divine act of the manifestation of creation occurs.
Next Ya-Seen is for shahr Shaban.
Rajab is the light of La ilaha ila-Allah
& Muhammadan RasulAllah is for Shaban.
He is ash-Shafi.
The secret of Shaban is related to the secret of Prophet . If not for Muhammadan RasulAllah that ocean would not have manifested. The second Ikhlas in our awrad is related to that Creation of The Unique Light of Existence or Ahadiyya [Uniqueness]. That light is the originating source of all light and is unique because it comes from the Divine Presence. Any other color on that spectrum of light is from it.
The Samadiyya [Self Sustaining] is the light directly from the Divine Presence. You cannot feed it nor give it sustenance and therefore it is being received directly from the Divine Presence.
The light of Shaban is manifesting from the light of the Prophet .
When you write the Kalima, the importance of nisf Shaban is the mid point which is called the "qaaba qawsayni aw adna". Two Bow lengths or nearer. The point where the two points intersect is the spiritual new year and that is where our light is coming into existence. Whatever is dressed upon that light is coming onto that point and is dressed at that specific point of time. Only Allah bestows or dresses that light and it is the originating source of your light. At that point He decides what sustenance your soul will receive for that year.
By the month of Ramadan that light is born. It is the ninth lunar month.
The importance of nine and the manifestation appears in that month. Ramadan is the month in which our light is born. Like the Gestation of a Child in the Womb [Rhem] That manifestation from the light of Prophet is born and its sustenance is decreed and given existence.
The 3 hearts:
1 - Divine Heart that no one can reach and is the originating source of fire, love and intuition. It is the originating spark and that divine heart is found only in the heat of the second heart.
2 -The Heart of Sayyidina Muhammad (s). The quloob al-Muhammadiyya and the heart of creation. This is the Container of all power in this known universe
Wa laqad karamna bani Adam (as).
The reason we study the heart is not for the cosmos but is based on the heart is the presence of The Divine.
3 – Adam’s (as) Heart. You are the only creation given that heart as it is a reflection of the Prophetic heart and only through this heart can you reach to Allah’s gift. Open that heart, go forward into it and reflect. That is the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad (s). You do not point to any direction or focus on anything except that one heart. You point your telescope towards that direction so that your Kabah is your heart. When you are coming for this purpose and freeing Mecca by destroying the 360 idols, you are now copying the Prophet’s marifah and He will take you to Divine Presence. The Holy Prophet’s example for us:
Live in Mecca, i.e.. "Your Hearts Desires"
Must leave Mecca, i.e.. "Your Hearts Desires"
Move Towards Medina Al Munawira " City of LIGHTS"
Major Battles to Save you from Hellfire and then you may return to Mecca
Mecca "The Heart is now filled with Divine Love" and you destroy the idols. You make your heart and body a Masjid, or place of worship. It is completely pure and purified for your Lord and free from ***** and idols.
You have 360 idols, one on each point of your body. Each point of the 360 Lataifs/ Chakras has an evilness sitting there, guarding and preventing it from submitting to the Divine Presence. Through the focus on the Shaykh and with the meditation and spiritual practices it becomes much easier to follow the Holy Prophet’s example.
Then the three last big idols must be removed. These are the Three Jammarat [Stoning of Devils on Hajj] and are the same process in your spiritual pursuit. As you try to open your heart, by Muraqabah, the Shaykh is taking away all the evilness on the Lataif / chakras and making them to submit to the Divine Presence. As we practice more and more in his way, it is his light and guidance which can remove these idols.
To achieve this we must be in Muraqabah of the Shaykh.

We must Open the lock upon the ears,

Open the lock on the heart,

and remove the veil on our eyes.

That is why the Arabic letter Sheen is for Arsh [ Divine Throne] has three dots on it; they are three locks. The purpose of the spiritual practices is to unlock the three locks on the hearts reaching towards the Divine heart through the Prophetic heart. These lights are moving from Rajab to Shaban to Ramadan.
This is the importance of the awrad that we recite. The awrad of Sayyidina Ali [as] for completion of the Quran is the Naqshbandiyya wird. That is the fulfillment of reading the Quran with all its secrets. Intention to recite the awrad on the intention of the Shaykhs.

Three Surat al-Ikhlas has to do with that reality.

The secret of number 3. We have 1 and then we have 2 which is reflection of 1.

2 + 1 is three.

Three – from which everything is born. Light of Allah, Light of Prophet, and Light of Creation.

One is Ahad or Unique Oneness.

One is Wahid Oneness.

One is The Essence and Wahid is the reflection of the Ahad.

One – Allah.

Creation is from the other “one” which is Wahid.

From the one and two the rest of creation is born.
Everything then is born from three. 3+1=4, …3+6=9

Secret of The soul & light is in the understanding of 3.

3 + 1 = 4 form is given. The four elements that make up the form.
3 + 2 = 5 five senses, which you use to find your lord, hearing, seeing, touching,

smelling and tasting.

3 + 3 = 6 you are a reflection of the divine soul so 6, al-Wadud. This creation is born from love. HabibAllah, from Allah’s love (ishk), comes Muhammad (s) from his Love (ishk) comes all creation
3 + 4= 7 The guide, the calipha (al-Hadi), gives birth to the importance of seven. Seven holy openings, seven levels of the atom. 2 ears, 2 eyes, 2 nostrils a one mouth. Soul and Form are Created and a Guide is Born. The Honor of our creation and importance of the viceroy. These 3 orifices take in air and the other 4 openings are the two ears and 2 eyes, the hearing and seeing aspect of creation.
3 + 5= 8 The Soul with the secret of life is Ever Living (al-Hayat), eternal Circle of Life. When we are born we die and when we die we are born into a new reality. Each Ending is the Birth of a New Reality. Contradictory reality. Allah is infinite and creation is an eternal cycle. Ya Da’im Ya Da’im is describing the eternal journey. We are always asking to have a good journey.


3 + 6= 9 3 + 6 [wadud] The Soul that opens the Secret of Divine Love and opens the power of 9 which is the highest authority. 9 is the Sultan, the king, Abdullah. Perfect submission is due to the secret of the number 9, so the Heart of the Quran, Surah 36 Ya-Seen, is seen in the mirror

Anytime we recite 11 times Surat al-Ikhlas, it relates to that secret of the mirror of Creation; Allah’s Essence reflecting to Muhammad , the Abd.



3 for the power of Three Holy Lights.

Seven relates to Hadi or perfection of the soul and perfection of our form.

Then this perfect creation becomes a guide for all of creation.

When we recite seven times Surat al-Inshirah it is for the 7 holy openings.

That is, the opening of the 7 holy openings of the face and the 7 levels of the heart.

"When God wants to manifest Himself, He looks at His creation. His first attention goes to human beings because they resemble him. Those who resemble Him the most among them, are the saints; hence the Prophet said of them: 'They remind you of The Divine.'

"We also pity you because human beings are unwilling to open themselves to attract the angelic power by which they reach the state of heavenly knowledge that is their inheritance. That makes us appear in your human form in varying shapes and degrees of light, in different places and to different ages of human life, to remind you that you have been honored with an angelic power and a divine likeness.

Keep the likeness! Use the angelic power! It shall elevate you to that luminous station without which God said: 'Verily, those for whom God did not appoint light, they will never inherit light!' (24:40) and He said: 'Light upon light!' (24:35) declaring that the light of the heart's vision must be connected with the light of angelic power, ensuring success and guidance to all human beings. That light shall then appear over the entire human realm like a rising sun and a rising moon over all of creation, without ever setting. The light of this power, at that time, will make every individual like a moon, that is, a heavenly body that will reflect the original light for the rest of creation. By this light, this world will be preserved, the love of nature will rule the earth, and everyone will live in peace and love, swimming in the ocean of angelic beauty and harmony." “`Ati-Allāha wa ati`ur-Rasūla wa ulil-amri minkum” – “O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you.”



This is our message for every association: that we have to be obedient to Allah (swt) and to his messenger and to His sincere servants that will guide us to the right way.

The right way is the way that everyone likes. The right way is the way that everyone wishes. The right way is the way that everyone wants for himself or herself. The right way is the way that leads us to the Divine Presence.



Destruction/distraction, from the right way, will lead us to another way, which might not end in the Divine Presence. Which might end somewhere that makes you to be lost.

All this Allah (swt) sent His messengers and He sent the Seal of Messengers to show us how we are able to establish ourselves and how we can heal all the pain and sadness that might occur in our lives.

Secrets of Difficulties is The Rocket Fuel of the Soul:

Pain and sadness are important in our lives because it might bring you back to the way that Allah wants you to be in.

When you are in a difficulty, you remember Allah (swt); when you are in pain, you remember Allah (swt); when you are in sadness you remember Allah (swt).

When you are sick you remember Allah (swt). When you are in any situation lonely, you remember Allah (swt).

When you are longing for someone that your care for, you remember Allah (swt).

That is why Awliya'ullah reached the levels, the high levels, because they were always longing to reach Allah (swt) they were always in pain to reach their Creator, always sad not able to reach the door of Sayyidina Muhammad (s).

So that kind of overwhelming energy that comes out from the heart, when a situation arises, that makes you to feel the importance of that love that you care for, and it might lead you to the love of the Shaykh and the love of the Prophet and the love of Allah (swt).

If you see how much Awliya'ullah were suffering because of their intensive love to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) and they wanted to reach his door in order that they will reach the door of Allah (swt). { This is why they Obey their Shaykhs Orders knowing that it is from Rasul and knowing or not knowing if it is going to cause difficulty on them doesn't matter but what matters is understanding when Allah calling for You the fastest way to pull you soul back to His Divinely presence is when we are in Hardship for our Lords Sake. This makes physical body as if on fire and soul fleeing to safety shores of Rasul where verily hearts will find their peace} As Allah (swt) said in the Qur’an wa law annahum idh dhalamu anfusahum jaa’uka fastaghfaru Allaha wastaghfara lahumu arrasoolu la-wajadullaha tawwaaban raheema. “If they had only, when they were unjust to themselves, come unto thee and asked Allah (swt)’s forgiveness, and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah indeed Oft-returning, Most Merciful.” [4:64]When the are oppressors to themselves, when they are in a situation to make them remember love of the Prophet, they come to Muhammad (s), as the Sahaba came to Sayyidina Muhammad (s), saying ya Rasulullah, seeking forgiveness, and Allah (swt) made it a condition. Wa staghfara lahum ar-Rasul - You make forgiveness on their behalf. That means they were able to reach the Divine Presence that they were guided to it and longing for it. { Calling Afu ya Afu}
O believers. Spirituality is very important. Because spirituality, the state of ihsaan, and tazkiyyat an-nafs, is the way that leads a Muslim and leads a dedicated person to reach the divine presence that he wants. So Allah (swt) like the source of the light of the sun is always that source giving continuous energy that for millions of years is still exploding and more and more energy coming. Allahu akbar! How that can be.{ Sun is Fusion , Bringing Together to create energy, Pair is Zawj () If you have an atomic nuclear reaction,{ is Fission -Forbidden Splitting of Atom Splitting of PAIRS things that are destined to be together} it doesn’t continue forever. A nuclear reaction will explode although it will hit a big area, but it will stop at one time. After one hour or two hour of explosion it is finished. And what it does, it kills people.
That energy is similar to what the sun is giving from one perspective – that it is a source of energy. But the energy of something that we blow it up kills people. And it will end, as every evil must end.But the exploding that is making the energy of the sun never ends. And it does not kill people and instead it rejuvenates people and gives them health. And it never ends.
Everything in dunya has an end. Sun is still glowing and exploding and giving energy and that energy is healthy for human beings and health of the whole galaxy we are living. What are these two energies? One explodes on earth and kills people. The one form the sun rejuvenates people.The one on earth ends.
The one in the sky never ends.

That means there are two kinds of energy.

One is heavenly energy, it never ends.

The evil energy is here and it destroys and it will destroy.

And people come and say, we are not achieving in our lives. We are feeling ourselves distracted. We are praying from Muraqabah. We are losing confidence in ourselves. Then we have to look at what is going on. There are people that confess that they are losing faith and they want the faith back.
Those are the good people. Because always we lose faith. Shaytan is after us and we are always losing. There are those who have no belief in spirituality and they find that worship has no taste, it is sour. No more longing for prophet for Awliya.They are only longing for dunya and for evil.
So what happened, that evil energy has been building up in their bodies.That negative polluted energy that is coming from different kind of people. Because we produce energy and we are receiving the bad energy from evil beings the worst kind of devils. They produce energy. That is what I explained is evil energy that they produce. So they produce that evil energy and it becomes like as shield around a human being. So it becomes like you know the shuttle, they send the shuttle up in space. They built it so that it can be protected from the high intensity of the energy that might not make it into fire that make it blow up. Like airplanes that if they are not made of certain kinds of metals, to avoid them blowing up or they are pressurized and they are made to keep the pressure or everyone will die. Similarly the shuttle when passing down, it passes through a situation where the heat is so intense that even one brick missing in the wing made all that energy to the shuttle and caused it to burn up. It means the scientists have built that shuttle to withstand the intensity of that energy so that they will resist and not go into fire. That is what we have been doing, as human beings;many of us have built around themselves a shield of evil energy. That through your childhood, and that is what we call the Nafs at-tifl al-madhmoomat.That is grown up in us thru childish acts.Building up in us all kinds of arrogance all kinds of pride, to make us to lie and cheat and to forget the prophet and forget Allah (swt) and to forget the Awliya.That becomes like a shield around us. Like space shuttle it does not let good energy to go thru. That is why people are losing their faith and their confidence. They are coming and admitting it; that is good.Like a sick person, has a kidney failure – so what do they do – dialysis to purify his blood.They put a tube in his hand, so that every time they don’t have to punch him. They just connect the tube and then the dialysis tube will begin to clean the body. { Your Bayat Initiation is like Catheter into the Heart. The Shaykh gives you the connection so that spiritual medicine can be given at specific doses in ones life}So when you admit you are losing faith and losing yourself and losing confidence and not able to make Muraqabah, and not able to make meditation.Yes admit it and they will make a tube for you, and that will allow the good energy to go thru that shield.That shield you have built like a shield by shaytan and ego.
The Awliya put a small tube and let that energy that is coming form the sun, that goes thru the tube and slowly slowly destroys the bad energy that is around yourself. For that reason, Allah (swt) said, a antum tazra`oonahu am nahnu az-zaari`oon. Surah 56 al-Waaqi`ah. Allah (swt) said in verse 62: “and indeed you have already known the first form of creation (that is the form of Adam). Why then do you not then take heed?” [56:62]That means We Have created you perfect, without any pollution. Clean. Don’t you remember that?
“Then tell me about the seed that you sow in the ground.”
It means tell me about the seed that you have grown in your body. What kind of seed have you planted there? Is it a good energy or a polluted energy?
If it is a polluted energy then you have to know that you are doing a mistake. Allah (swt) said, is it you who make it to grow or we who are the growers.
When you plant you took your decisions. According to your niyyat. If your intention was good, you will receive good energy.
If your intention is bad it will be bad energy. “Is it ye that cause it to grow, or are We the Cause? Were it Our Will, We could crumble it to dry powder.’ [56: 64-65]
If you want to put that shield and keep it,

you are going to be dry and you are going to regret.

You are going to see nothing thru your heart. You will have a dark heart.

But if you let that shield to be destroyed by good energy, that comes thru heavens through a channel.

Every person has a channel. Every human being has his own channel that Allah (swt) gave to him and the only channel that you have is for you and not for anyone else.
The only one that can channel you and guide you to your channel is the doctor that can put the dialysis machine thru that tube every three days.
Or those doctors that put the serum every few hours, they put the serum, they don’t punch you, they keep you connected.
That doctor is your guide he has to put the tube for you. If not there, then you cannot break a hole in that shield of dark energy. That doctor has to find the weak spot and drill thru that to put the tube and then the doctor begins to put the serum. After a few days he will stand up no longer sick.
Awliya'ullah open that tube and make you get that energy that is heavenly energy.

What is that heavenly energy and how it change our lives and how we can get and how we can achieve it. This we will leave for another association. But before I leave it,

I will say that that energy the only way you can receive it is thru Muraqabah. Like you are a magnifier, you put a paper under the sun and it does not burn. You put a magnifier and put the paper, and then the paper will burn.

That energy thru Muraqabah will destroy that shield that shaytan built around you. So Muraqabah is a magnifier, it intensifies the energy of the good energy and to overcome the bad energy and destroy it.

What is that energy;

people speak of energy and give it different meanings.

[They say it] is electric fields and electromagnetic fields and different wavelengths. What is the origin of that energy and how it works thru Awliya'ullah?
If the love Awliya have for the Prophet was to be revealed it would burn. When that love comes, they cannot control themselves, tears come. They cannot control themselves.
How much they were longing Awliya, to be in the presence of the Prophet, dunya and Akhira. Addressing and seeing him and speaking with him, face to face with no veil. That can stop them from being given that blessing that Allah (swt) gave to Sayyidina Muhammad (s).
O Muslims, believers, that love to the Prophet is beyond description! That what that kind of energy that can burn every other energy, can overcome every kind of energy, that makes tears in the eyes, that one tear can bring fire down.
That energy that Sayyidina Muhammad (s) when you come in his presence and he dresses you with that beauty dress that Allah (swt) gave him that energy can break thru all the polluted energy, that can make Muraqabah with the Prophet with no veils.
That is the experience of shaykhs thru their seclusion that is their experience in their life. That is why they addressed the Prophet thru all kinds of praising from a burning heart. That comes from the emotions of a burning heart. These tears were turned into ink, their hairs were turned into pens to write, all kinds of praises, all kinds of beauty, all kinds of blessings and manifestations, all kinds of revelations that Allah (swt) had thrown in their hearts, using the ink of their tears, to write thru every hair of their body, thru every capillary in their hearts and veins, all them writing Muhammadun Habibullah, Muhammadun Rasulullah, Muhammadun Khaliullah, Muhammadun Naji’ullah. May Allah (swt) dress us with that; may Allah (swt) bless us with that; may Allah (swt) give us what He likes and keep that connection thru our shuyukh to Sayyidina Muhammad (s) to enable us to be at his door, asking: ji’naaka ya Sayyidina ya rasulullah ji’na li baabik bil `ajza, fa laa tukhayibna `inda rabbina, washf`a lana `inda ’l-mawla al-`adheem, ya ni`ma ar-rasul. Allahuma salli wa sallim wa baarik ya Sayyidina rasulullah. Allahuma ya sayyidi ya rasulullah ya shafi` al-mudhnibeen, ya sayydi ya rasulullah. Qadimna ila… tahireen alladheena laa khawfan `alayhim wa laa hum yahzanoon. Qul ya `ibadee. Albisna bi sirr hadhihi al-ayat.

Rabbana taqabal minna bi hurmati…

It means ablution is the opening for every sickness to be cured. If you don’t have ablution, your effect of curing that disease will be minimal.
