'Undemocratic': ANP to submit adjournment motion against Imran Khan
Awami National Party (ANP) said it would submit an adjournment motion in senate against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, Express News reported.
ANP spokesperson Zahid Khan said that the adjournment motion would be submitted against Imran for calling a meeting of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) provincial secretaries on Friday.
Saying that it was unconstitutional for a party chief to call such a meeting, Zahid said that the PTI Chairman was running the province like a cricket team.
If Imran wanted to manage the affairs of the province, he should have contested the elections from the provincial assembly seat and opted to become the chief minister of K-P, said Zahid, adding that PTI chairman was using the K-P Assembly like a rubber stamp.
