UN Confirms Dawood's Six Pak Addresses Provided By India

Exactly!
The addresses that were ruled out by the UN were confirmed to be either fake or possessed by public figures like Maleeha Lodhi. The remaining addresses are 'physical addresses' that actually exist, but there is nothing so far indicating that DI actually resides in any of them or owns any of them.

All it means is that the UN received Indian 'dossiers' listing certain addresses and acknowledged the receipt of said documentation. It does not mean the UN actually agrees that DI resides or owns said addresses.

So AM, what you think happen to these listed individuals and their properties which was approved to be listed by monitoring team (created under chapter VII which is binding and enforceable in nature)?

As my understanding goes, they are sanctioned and member states are expected to freeze the listed assets.

I would take it as virtual acceptance of those address to be related to Dawood by UN, unless and untill
1- India ask for delisting.
2- Pakistan or individual affected because of listing apply for delisting through ombudsman office.

The listing request is deliberated by professional before being approved. It's not merely an acknowledgement of a dossier receipt but an action is suggested in form of sanction on those addresses which as per UN is relevant.

That's half way done, need to wait if that is countered and challenged, before we can conclude.

That's my assertion, counter argument are welcome.

Are there any additional details related to these addresses, because the addresses in the press release are pretty vague:

Address: a) Karachi, Pakistan ( White House, Near Saudi Mosque, Clifton) b) (House Nu 37 - 30th Street - defence, Housing Authority, Karachi, Pakistan) c) (Palatial bungalow in the hilly area of Noorabad in Karachi)

What are the remaining 3 'non-rejected' addresses?

Sirji, that's not what it means.
I don't remember seeing a "receipt" of the Sartaj Dossiers that was if ever, made public.

The article clearly states the following resolutions are enacted namely 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015).
All of which have in common the fact that the terrorist or terrorist organisation/s in question is found to be in contempt of the unlawful acts mentioned in the said resolutions and these individuals are entitled to assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo and the state in question should impose the above with punitive intent.

The intelligence provided by India are corroborated by what is mentioned in the above articles as the "monitoring team", which as per UNSC Resolution 1526 is a New York-based Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team.
This is not a one sided evaluation.

From the UN Link:
The Committee’s ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List is updated regularly on the basis of relevant information provided by Member States and international and regional organizations.

@bloo,

You may shout as much as you want, but the fact remains, you have ZERO proof.

If Hafiz Saeed a known terrorist leader so deemed by UN can be in Pakistan then it is very possible that Dawood is too.
And there you have it. The whole case is based on "IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE", "COULD BE", "MAYBE", "A HUNCH".......

You rats may roll up your hunch and shove it up where the sun doesn't shine. Keep squeaking, we're now used to your squeaks here at PDF.

Wow so desperate you are, cherry picking my comment to prove a point and ended up looking like an idiot.

But guess what no matter how much you deny, the fact is UN acknowledged the DI is in Pak and it burns you to see that your Sartaj Dossiers failed to do the same.

We have all the proof and now UN does too.

From the LINK:
On 22 August 2016, the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) enacted(Not thought or taken into consideration but ENACTED) the amendments specified with underline and strikethrough in the entry below on its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo set out in paragraph 2 of Security Council resolution 2253 (2015)

Enjoy pdf, because that is the only place where people will actually take you seriously.

Show me where and when UN has acknowledged that DI is in Pakistan. Till then, keep squeaking and proving yourself as the idiot which you are.

Are you so deeply biased that you don't even bother reading the UN's statement before spouting rhetorics all over the place?

You think UN will give a blunt uneducated statement like "DI is infact staying in Pak, which makes them guilty"?

Refer to comment number #48, I won't encourage your laziness or your stupidity.

All the resolution states is with respect to the individual's involvement in terror acts and about his assets being frozen. Nothing about his whereabouts or that he's currently in Pakistan.

Stop lying you dumb f***.

You blind fool...
OB is also found in Jupiter???? idiot

At least listen to them what they said....after all the r you old uncle sam, where u beg AID/f16 from them....

Read the article first idiot then comment.
I have. It doesn't say or even suggest anywhere that DI is in Pakistan. Like I wrote earlier, the whole premise is based on, "since OBL was in Pakistan, DI might also be in Pakistan".

And @Jai.Singh please STFU you rat. Go back to that bhaRATshithole Rakshak, where there are more of your stinky kind and stop infesting our PAK forum with your filthy existence.

Also, it might do you some good to learn English grammar, which sucks.

"United Nations: Three of nine addresses provided by India to the United Nation's Sanctions Committee as addresses of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim in Pakistan have been found to be incorrect. The Committee has struck off three addresses from the list provided by India, while confirming the remaining six addresses in the dossier."

Bhai... defect in birth or something else ???

.
@Jai.Singh

Exactly my point sucker.

"Confirming the remaining six addresses", while at the same time, stating that the other three addresses were "incorrect", clearly means that "THE SIX ADDRESSES EXIST", while the other three "DO NOT".

It doesn't mean that DI is living in these six addresses.

It's easier to converse with a four year old. What a disgrace you are to Indian society. Is this the general level of Indian IQ? I don't think so.

What it certainly does tell everyone is the level of competence of RAW, that it couldn't even get three of the nine addresses correct and copy/pasted Madeeha Lodhi's residential address in one place. Lolz.

Every time I think you can't be this stupid, you keep one upping yourself.

confirms that in fact DI is in Pakistan. It is not a guess or a receipt or whatever it is a standard procedure to give Pakistan the relevant information(not that Pak doesn't already know) about DI's whereabouts.
This information is made public for Pakistan to take action and is given regularly to member states as per UNSC Resolution 1267 which states that:

As soon as the Committee approves a listing request, the Secretariat shall notify the Permanent Mission of the country or countries where the individual or entity is believed to be located and, in the case of individuals, the country of which the person is a national (to the extent this information is known).

The statement in blue is what you see because the statement in red is so stated by the UN in the UNSCR 1267.
