On a serious not, that thing can do some damage if shot at a populated area if it has a range of about 50 km to 100...but I seriously doubt that, just look at the angle at which it's launched, no way that thing can go that far.

They can be a precursor to help from people sympathetic to the cause or handlers who will help them improve. IT shows a dangerous direction which is nothing to laugh at. Actually that is what is the significance of Zarb-e-Azab. We have denied them breeding ground.... otherwise you are right ..... by the way it shows they are no where near to develop anything close to be dangerous because the rocket in video could have been created by anyone at any point .... i can do it tomorrow ... but it can only be good for fire work display... can't fight a battle with it.
