QUETTA , Ulema and Mashaikh have termed former President Pervez Musharraf liable to be killed against Lal Masjid Operation, disgrace of Holy Quran, killing of thousand of Pakistanis including Nawab Akbar Bugti and breaking the law.

This was stated in a announcement issued at the end of a meeting held here Saturday under the chairmanship of President Jamhoori Watan Party Talal Bugti at Bugti House. Shaikhul Hadith Maulana Noor Muhammad, Wilayat Hussain Jafri of Shia Ulema Council, Amir Jamaat Islami Balochistan Abdul Mateen Akhundzada, Allama Hashim Moosavi of Wahdat al Muslimeen, Maulana Abdul Qadir Luni of Jamait Ulemae Islam (Nazriati), Qasim Soori of Tehreek Insaf and several others attended. Announcement termed Pervez Musharraf a national criminal saying that he not only martyred hundreds of girls at the Lal Masjid but Holy Quran was disgraced at his behest. Dozens of mosques were razed to the ground. He suspended constitution of the country which is treason. He also amended Hudood ordinance. Announcement added that Pervez Musharraf is also involved in the killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti, Balaach Marri and hundreds of Baloch people being head of state. On the basis of Quran and Hadith, ijmaa ummat, Pakistan’s laws and international laws, Pervez Musharraf is killer of human beings, destruction to their property and spoiling their dignity. A case should be filed against him in the court of law. Talal Bugti announced to give 1.3 million dollars to one who would kill Pervez Musharraf. He said after the Fatwa of Ulema now is the responsibility of Muslims to chase Pervez Musharrf and behead him.

The actions of this so called 'Ulema' are to give credence to their feudal partners. It is shameful really, how they exploit religion for their petty gains and then get angry when others label Islam as a violent religion.

These people need to be controlled by the state because they represent religion and with their ill actions, many from our own and others will view religion in a negative manner.

Talat Bugti hasn't got the guts to take up arms against Pakistan. He's just a spoiled son of a sardar, even despised by his father. On the fatwa, i 'm sure these bigoted maulvis had a good time on the expense of bugtis. They were served tins of coke during the fatwa meeting. Musharraf has finished the Bugti by entering their den. That's why the are crying like lill baby. Non of these guys have guts to harm Mushi. They were big trouble maker....if you know follow the news, Dera Bugti is totally calm and no more gas line blowing up.

Its easy for you to say, can you convince the whole world about this. Has anyone so far been able to separate Al Qaeda and Taliban from religion.

You have to understand the situation, a common man in another state affiliates these groups with religion because these groups use religion as a tool such as religious scriptures in their statements. They use their twisted views and have been able to corner religion negatively.

Having travelled through many countries, I have been asked odd questions about Islam from stoning women to terrorism and equality.

Though I can convince a few by telling them the truth and stating the reality but if others continue to overlook the affiliation of religion with these people then I am afraid we will just be damaging our own image.
