Ukraine to supply Turkey with over 500 cruise missile engines worth over $600 mln

You really don't know what embargo is ...
Do you mine titanium and can produce and form it ?! What about Tangestan ...

If not , then you can't make jet engine on your own ....
@cabatli_53 gave you the necessary answers. As you can see we didn't just wake up one day and tried to produce our engines. We are working for every necessary steps.
Now here is my question for you. Your Shahed-129 still uses Rotax engines. Now why Iran who claims he can produce jet engines still uses Rotax in her products?
For Example Turkey is already started to use Turkish PD-170 in ANKA's... But still even after all this embargo's, Iran couldn't be able to abandon Rotax. Please enlighted me with the knowledge about your deep Defence Industry.

Red section is the turbine of TS-1500 where single crystal blades are struggling to stay one pieces

Thanks to non-stop R&D projects listed above, Turkey attempts to develop what states like China is struggling to develop. It is not simple indeed. Turkey had asked Ukraine for ToT of single crystal blade process but They refused our request. It is one of the most important section of a gas turbine engine. At present, Our single crystal blades are working inside turbines of TS-1500 (1500shp) turboshaft engine. They have resistance up to 1700 celcius temperature thanks to Nickel based super alloy covering tech and special cooling technics.

After this period, You are going to see Turkish turboshaft, Turboprop and Turbofan engine families that is being developed based on those technologies. We just need time and money.

I remember that Baykar and a Ukranian company started a company Blacksea Shield engine company. So ther is no engine for cruise missiles, this will be focused on Turbojet and Turboprop engines.

Ther is no any problem with cruise missile engine program or helicopter.

It is also important to note that final tests of ktj-3200 engine which is made for powering SOM cruise missile will be conducted in 2020

BAYKAR Gen. Manager Haluk Bayraktar made a statement to the Defense Express portal of Ukraine:

"Given the number and prices of the engine (500 engines, 600 million dollars) is not real. But that's our long term potential. We will succeed this in Turkey, With our joint subsidiary Black Sea Shield Inc."

So Baykar's the engine supply strategies (which are made of lots of statements last years) now has been enlightened. Baykar's engine suppliers will be TEI and Black Sea Shield.

Black Sea Shild is the name of the company that was established last year and aims to share and developing mutual technology. As you know, Antonov is developing the HALE-class strategic UAV, and the many tactical UAV systems they are trying to supply. Turkey's active support in this areas is in progress. There are also a number of agreements with TAI and Aselsan to remove some of the existing military projects from the Russian logistics chain and fully align them with NATO standards.

This company will deepen mutual cooperation within the aviation industry.

PS:

According to the company, the supply of AI-450 turboprop engines to the Akinci operational-strategic UAV, as well as upgraded AI-25 turbojet engines to a promising unmanned fighter, will take place from 2021 to 2030, according to Defense Express. The first test flight of the new attack drone with Ukrainian engines took place on December 6, 2019. Akinci spent 16 minutes in the air and made a smooth, automatic landing.
