EJ200 remains the most advanced jet engine developed by Eurojet (which RR is part of). It is also the most advanced jet engine in the history of RR. Meanwhile, both GE and P&W have produced far more complex, powerful and advanced jet engines.
Regarding F136, it was a failed project which we don't have to dwell into.

You really have no idea how this works, do you?
GE and P&W have designed and delivered Engines to SPECIFICATIONS delivered to them interms of engine weight, thrust and lifespans for platforms like the Raptor, F15, F16 etc.
RR need to produce an engine for the Typhoon and it has now a set of SPECIFICATIONS interms of engine weight, thrust and lifespan and now electrical power generation capability. RR will met those specifications with a new Engine. Be under no illusions about that.
RR wil build the new engine for the Tempest. When that engine is COMPLETE, it will far exceed anything that P&W and GE have ever built, ever as it is a generation ahead of what has gone before.
THEN
GE and P&W will receive the SPECIFICATIONS of the engine they need to build for their 6th Gen fighter, and they will also complete it.
GE / P&W and RR are at the same Technological level. EVERY engine GE & P&W have ever built, ever, can be built to the same standard or better by RR for the SAME specification..... GE / P&W and RR are Peer competitors...
What about this is difficult for you to understand.
F-22 will not be a patch on the Tempest.
It is a whole generation ahead.
The future of the Tempest is now secure with the UK getting Italy and Sweden onboard.
The Swedes will be able to contribute their networking knowledge while the Italians will help with economies with scale.
Can see hundreds of these planes being exported all over the world with a production run of maybe around 500 in total.
They have, but I doubt India would be included. Money isn't the only thing, expertise is needed which India doesn't have, it would upset Pakistan (key ally), cause imbalance of forces, the UK doesn't get involved where Commonwealth nations are in dispute (neutral) and so forth.
Italians won't just help with the economies of scale but they will be supplying most the subsystems for this aircraft, especially the radar.
Are you aware that a lot of the electronic components in the F-22 are out of production since long. The latest iphone probably have much higher performance than the F-22 flight computer.I highly doubt that the UK + Sweden can produce a fighter superior to the F-22 in the coming decades. The F-22 fighter and its capabilities are so secret that they have an export ban. The F-22 is a tremendously powerful fighter and will continue to be the top dog for a couple of decades.

UK has offered this to India too. Roll Royce will provide engines for Indian AMCA program as part of the Tempest deal.

No they haven't, and this was news put out back in Feb 2019, again no confirmed sources.

Even Nik khana BAE chief in India didn't mention Tempest specifically, which can seen in the above link.

Japan was approached but decided to go its own way and are now developing their own fighter. One reason was that the UK wasn't willing to offer tech transfer on many things, hence why I say this won't happen.
Louise Donaghey said nothing either and went on about support and love for the Indian aviation industry.
The AMCA stuff regarding engines Rolls Royce said they would just collaborate, which simply doesn't mean much.

The tempest offer is there but Indians wanted engine partnership for their AMCA. Talks of the new engine development are in progress and are expected to be completed by end of this year.
Tempest Deal and the new JV for Engine deal for AMCA are going hand-in-hand.
There is no offer, I spoke to BAE last year at RIAT.
The engine thing, yes, collaboration, but I know exactly how much the UK is willing to part with, not much. Why do you think the Japanese went away. No one is going to give them engine tech that can make them self-reliant. This puts BAE and many other defence firms out of business.
The French are also pitching.
