She just randomly stops some school kids and offers some snacks, some kids took them and some didn't, at 3:03 she asks a boy with a group of kids why he is crying, the little girl besides him explains that she pretended to scare him and he just cried, that little Uighur boy is so weak, being scared to tears by a little girl.

What amazes me is that all those Uighur pupils speak prefect Mandarin, you can tell me that those are the school children from Beijing and I would not have any doubt of it.
