Valileri Ankara'da toplayan İçişleri Bakanı Akşener, PKK terörünün yerini irtica tehdidinin aldığını söyledi ve MGK kararlarının uygulanması için yetkilerini etkin bir şekilde kullanmalarını istedi.



Ankara - İçişleri Bakanı Meral Akşener, Milli Güvenlik Kurulu kararlarının uygulanmasından geri dönüş olmadığını belirterek, valilere "İslamiyet'le ilgisi bulunmayan örgütlerin at oynatmasına fırsat vermeyin" dedi.

Bakan Meral Akşener, Olağanüstü Hal Bölge Valisi ile 80 ilin valisiyle dün Ankara'da yaptığı toplantıda, MGK kararlarının uygulanmasıyla ilgili talimatlar verdi. Akşener, toplantıyı açış konuşmasında MGK'nın irticayı önlemeye yönelik kararlarını ve valilerin bu kararların uygulanmasına yönelik denetimini sıkı bir şekilde sürdürmelerini istedi. Taşra teşkilatında en üst düzeyde görev yapan valilerin, hem merkezi ve idari otoritenin hem de adil, şeffaf ve müşfik devletin sembolü olduklarını belirten Akşener, Türkiye'nin bir hukuk devleti olduğunu ifade eden Akşener, valilerin, anayasa ve yasalarda vatandaşlara tanınmış olan temel hak ve hürriyetlerin teminatı olduklarını ifade etti. Meral Akşener, "Bu nedenle kamu idarecisi olan sizler, görevleri esnasında anayasa ve yasalarımızın etkin bir şekilde uygulayıcısı, Atatürk ilke ve inkılaplarına bağlı, insan haklarına ve hukukun üstünlüğü ilkesine saygılı bir anlayış içinde bulunmaktasınız" diye konuştu.


"Geri dönüş yok"


Türkiye'nin, içinde bulunduğu konum itibariyle idaresi son derece güç bir ülke olduğunu anlatan İçişleri Bakanı, bu nedenle her açıdan istikrarsızlığın hüküm sürdüğü ve kendi içindeki sıkıntıları etrafa yayma eğilimi bulunan komşularla birarada yaşamak durumunda olduğunu ifade etti. Buna karşın, milletin, istikrar ve huzur içinde demokratik bir ortamda yaşama zorunluluğunu dile getiren Akşener, Türk milletinin bu değerlere kavuşmak için Büyük Önder Atatürk'ün liderliğinde Kurtuluş Savaşı gerçekleştirdiğini ve binlerce şehit verdiğini hatırlattı. Akşener, şöyle devam etti:

"Bu mücadelenin sonunda yıllarca fedakarlıklara katlanmış ve bugün herkesin birinci sınıf vatandaş olduğu, kimsenin dini inanç veya etnik kökeni nedeniyle horlanmadığı, vatandaşlarımızın din vicdan ve ifade hürriyetlerine sahip olduğu güçlü bir ekonomiye, genç eğitimli ve dinamik bir nüfusa sahip, dünyanın saygın ülkelerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Bu noktadan geriye dönüş yoktur. Ne pahasına olursa olsun, ülkemiz kalkınma ve büyüme yolunda ilerlemeye devam etmelidir. Bu, ancak istikrar içinde, iç barışın ve huzurun olduğu bir ortamda mümkün olabilir."



İrtica tehdidi


Türkiye'nin güçlenmesini istemeyen bazı devletlerin terör örgütlerini desteklediklerini belirten Akşener, "Eğer PKK baştan ciddiye alınıp yılanın başı henüz küçükken ezilseydi, bugün PKK ile mücadeleye harcadığımız trilyonlarca lirayla okul, yol, baraj yapılacak ve çok daha müreffeh bir ülke olacaktık" diye konuştu. Akşener, bugün Türkiye'nin yeni bir tehdit altında olduğunu ifade ederek, PKK'nın çökertildiğini, bu örgütün amaçlarıma hizmet edemeyeceğini anlayan çeşitli çevrelerin Türkiye'yi oyalamanın yeni yollarını aradığını kaydetti. Bu çevrelerin son yıllarda üniversite gençliğini tahrik ederek 1980 öncesi ortamı canlandırmaya ve insanlar arasındaki inanç farklılıklarını kullanmaya çalıştıklarını ifade eden Akşener, Cumhuriyetin kurulduğu yıllardan bu yana millet olarak üzerinde mutabakata varılan laik ve demokratik sisteme saldırıldığını bildirdi.



Hoşgörüyü suiistimal


Akşener, gerçekte İslam'la hiçbir ilgisi olmayan, ancak İslam'ın adını kullanan terör örgütlerinin hortlatılmaya çalışıldığını belirterek, şunları söyledi:

"Bu yıkıcı mihraklar, bizlerin hoşgörüsünden ve yasalarımızdaki boşluklardan yararlanarak, gençlerimizi tuzağa düşürebilecekleri yurt, pansiyon ve Kuran kursları adı altında mekanlar açmaktadır. Burada kendi emellerini islamiyet adı altında gençlerimize enjekte etmeye çalışmaktadırlar. Bu alanda bir başı boşluk yaratılıp kökü dışarıda, gerçekte islamiyetle ilgisi bulunmayan, yegane amacı kendi ideolojisine hizmet edecek bir kitle yaratıp ülkemizi baskı altına almak olan çeşitli örgütlerin at oynatmasına fırsat veremeyiz."



"Yetkilerinizi kullanın"


Valilerin, bu konuda hassas davranıp, yetkilerini etkin şekilde kullanacaklarına inancının tam olduğunu ifade eden Akşener, "Her kim olursa olsun yasalarla kendisine verilen bir hakkı kötüye kullanıyorsa ya da kendisine hak verilmeyen bir hususta fiili durum yaratma yoluna gidiyorsa, karşısında devleti ve sizleri bulmalıdır" diye konuştu. Akşener, talimatlarını şöyle sürdürdü:

"Kamu otoritesini kullanmaları açısından devlet kadroları, illegal örgütlerin daima hedefi olmuştur. Her fırsatta buraları işgal edip kadrolaşmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Gerek memuriyete alım esnasında gerekse görevleri esnasında, maiyetinizde bulunan kamu görevlilerinin denetimini sıkı bir şekilde sürdürmeli ve bölücü veya irticai nitelikte faaliyetleri tespit edilen kişileri derhal kamu görevinden uzaklaştırmalısınız. Hiç kimsenin görevine, kişisel inanç ve siyasal düşüncesini yansıtmasına fırsat vermemeli, kılık kıyafet kanununda bulunan hükümlere sıkı bir şekilde riayeti sağlamalısınız. İster özel ister devlet olsun, eğitim kurumlarının denetimini sürdürmelisiniz. Buraların eğitim yuvaları olarak kalmasına, resmi müfredatın uygulandığı yerler olmasına ve siyasi ideolojilerin aşılanıp, toplumun kamplara ayrıldığı yerler olmamasına azami gayreti göstermelisiniz."

İçişleri Bakanı Meral Akşener, valilerden, daha önce yayımlanan genelge doğrultusunda gerçekleştirdikleri faaliyetleri, uygulama planı ve uygulama sırasında karşılaşılan güçlükleri ve önerilerini Bakanlığa bildirmelerini istedi.

Remember, if one violates and other responds in same manner, both are committing offense. Whenever a situation as such occurs, just report the matter with bit of detail and move on without engaging back.

If I get you right, you have done the same thing that other member did so what is the difference? Did you try to correct with good or it was a bad against bad that still two wrongs wouldn't make one right.

Meanwhile go through Forum Rules for better understanding and avoid as such to not to get banned way before a start.

There is nothing personal here nor anyone has any power to personally attack or insult anyone in lieu of self defense. There are two ways for a healthy and productive discussion that either continue on debate with information, quality and within manners/being respectful or agree to disagree and move-on without quoting further. No one can convince everyone as the difference of opinion is must for a quality debate but one made a point, needs to move on without repeating the same again & again that actually looses its purpose in first place. In-case of violation by anyone, report the matter, do not quote back or reply and move-on. The one who instigate or violate the rule and other who feeds a troll or continue to do so, both will be treated within same rule of forum.
