What is the range of that if launch as ground to grown missile?

I think about 300 km if you use the rule of thumb.

Range = Apogee times 2

Dont fret, it's likely this will be a stepping stone to a ballistic missile program.

If the 480mm diameter first stage is doubled in length it would be good enough to form the engine for a tactical ballistic missile like the Indian Prahaar.

They even have the perfect penetration warhead they could use with it.

They are hiring more engineers related to space systems, we may see an orbital rocket in 10-15 years.

They will be far more advanced than Scud and solid fueled probably instead of liquid fueled.

Their first ballistic missile will be quite small but there is a good chance they develop MRBM.
