Problem is China is unable to break into Saudi Arabia market or Middle Eastern markets influenced by West / US, only Pakistan closest ally and identical muslim nation to Arabs can do that for china.

But China is still consider a new player becos only recently then our weapons have catched up with the best of western. Like UAV, surveilance system, Air defense and range of armours. In another coming decades, more products will be offered.

As UAE is building its own NIMR class then why are they buying from CHINA?

NIMR is a different venicle from this. NIMR is multi utility vehicles while this is MRAP is more for urban warfare, anti IED.
