The Baynuna Group of the UAE (specifically BINO) has been forging partnerships for technology transfer and local manufacturing with a number of leading RAFA contractors such as:
1. DASBAT or Dassault-Baynuna
A joint venture between Dassault and Baynuna Aviation Technology, which aims to transfer technology and industrial knowledge, and provide services and products in the UAE and abroad. It will also develop products and services that will contribute to the UAE's reliability in advanced aviation systems and contribute to the development of the UAE aviation industries.
2- Eltbat Company or Electronic Systems Development-Baynuna
A new company to transfer the technology and knowledge of the famous Italian company and will focus in particular on research and development of industrial capabilities in the world of aviation industries and electronic warfare in addition to maintenance and repair services for these systems (more link is available at the bottom)
3 -BMT or Baynuna-MBDA Missiles Technology
A new company between Baynuna Aviation Technology and MBDA, the world's leading ammunition company, aims to develop customization systems to suit UAE requirements, simulations, training and support services.
4-THALBAT or Thales-Baynuna
A new company between Baynuna Aviation Technology and Thales, which aims to provide technical and technological support for the electronic systems developed by the company.
The company will produce other systems and projects locally.
5-SAGEMBAT or SAGEM-Baynuna
A new company between Baynuna Aviation Technology and the famous Sagem. The company aims to transfer Sagem technology and provide the tools required to develop advanced technologies and various solutions for defense applications to start domestic production.
6 -SNECBAT or SNECMA and Baynuna
A new company between Baynuna Aviation Technology and Snecma (the French manufacturer known in the world of engines). The project will be dedicated to the development of high-tech aero-engine solutions with the manufacturing capabilities of these engines, long-term support and advanced training services.
