Yes, Pakistan would have no problem manufacturing things like these, they are easy peasy compared to other achievements Pakistan has accomplished but as you said there is no funding unfortunately.

I'm sure there is some funding, Not sure what the amount is but what is Pakistan's priority? A new fighter jet of high western standards or I thought they were so happy and proud of the co-development of the JF-17 that they went ahead and produced the 2 seater block 1 & 2 and then there will be a 3 also? Aren't these supposed to number in the hundreds to counter India's potent AF?

Not sure exactly, flight testing already means they will probably deploy within a few years.

UAE armed forces are getting the RW-24 already though.

Also, I checked Indian exports and it seems Halcon is buying COTS motors for use on the actuators for missiles apparently they only cost 28 dollars per motor lol and they ordered 500 missiles worth of actuators for about 56000 dollars which is about just over 100 dollars per missile.
