Flight information system in all Generation 4+ Jets start signalling LEDs followed by sound if the A/c goes below 200 feet. Mirage 2000/9 have Auto Pilots STEC 55 or SETC 1500 or KF 225 in Older versions which are to be kept in on in flight mode while sortie is on....So dont think it is a Uncontrolled stall, as STEC will write off Mannual and pull the jet the moment it touches 70 feet Unless "Off"

Mirage 2000 or 09 Versions are immune to FIM 92 or Igla...Yemeni rebels cant even afford a SAM 3 or anything better equivalent...
