People needs to calm down. Spending few million on an hospital for huge PR isn't bad afterall. Many crazy sheiks just spend same amount of money to get custom car number plates or luxury mobile cover for themselves. Don't sell out so cheap... What Pakistan needs is this:

Is UAE Funding these projects in Wazirstan?

I don't know if it is full funding or partial, but the reason I opened this thread is that UAE is still doing this after recent spat between UAE and Pakistan on Yemen Issue and India's recent honeymoon with UAE????
Many here thought that Pakistan lost another GCC ally but seems like it's not the case yet...!

Frankly speaking this is not what allies are actually for. Funding a few bridges or roads, spending in some humanitarian projects or building some hospitals. I am not being ungrateful here. We are extremely happy and thankful for all this help and effort to serve our people and we respect this support. However this is not all that is expected from an ally. If we go by that rule as mentioned in the opening post, there are more USAID programs running in Pakistan!! Allies?

Your support against your enemy, the backing at the international level, investments and mutual business opportunities is what we need from our friends and allies. We need to know that when time comes our friends will have our back, not talking about war, not only war anyway, but on a political level, on a diplomatic level. Surely this is not a one way traffic and we will have to give some to get back some but then again AND we are also responsibly to isolating our self and fast loosing the influence in the countries that we used to terms brotherly and allies. We need to work on that as it is already becoming a major issue facing Pakistan.
However what is mentioned in the OP by no means mean that UAE is our ally. Yes it wont be easy for any country to simple walk over the decades of close relations and make us forget the bond we share but the process have started and it is on us now to help our self out of this mess. Every other country will work in there own best interest and instead of blaming them for doing that perhaps we should start acting our self.

Dear Sir keeping in view the current situation do you think it is wise to say no to such generous offers? and developments works? our current political leadership is not capable of anything and trust me in next election same people will come in to power so if our very own leaders are not doing anything for public why stopping the others to help the ordinary public? after all humans are bound to help eachother as UAE has its treasury holdings in US Dollar they are helping USA as well if GCC will liquidate it what will happend? same tool they used against american when they started probing against 9/11 attack few month back. and we are not salve in our decisions instead many time we have betrayed UAE. for instance for EXPO 2020 we voted against Dubai which shocked every one in UAE. later in Yemen we put our self on side lines and so on ...... shall we call it our arrogance?

They are not ready to lose the hope of halting Gawadar. Otherwise they treat Pakistanis in their own country with GREAT RESPECT.

I have heard that too Dubai won't be happy along with Iran, India, US........Why would you think thats the case, they are already way too advance and have busy port like Dubai. Till the time our Gwadar become functional, they'll will be more ahead than us in port operations. They have almost everything. Would like to read your opinion on this, if you don/t mind.

Dubai is focusing on healthcare Education Tourism and Theme park Shopping Malls Which are going well.

We must respect them and their help should be seen very important for us

Gawadar is black warrant for Dubai.
