UAE Eyes Moving Mirage Fighters to Iraq's Kurdish Areas, Procuring Rafales

why? it will smack senses into them not just the uae, saudi arabia first would be great. once they realise that money is hard to get not just from the ground it will reign them in.

Shale was and will only be one of the balls that swings around on Newton's cradle. Able to step into the market to cash in on high prices and thus lowering the price. It takes less than a month to drill new wells, years and $billions for a rig.

The Saudis thought they could su<k out the Shale industry, given it needs at a minimum ~$50 bpd price, but how long can they keep it going. Pretty soon the over-pumped oil fields will be su<ked dry and oil will be back to $100+ this time the Saudis nor their neighbors will be able to cash in, and they'll lose their market share anyways.

The Russians will survive a little longer by investing in technology, currently they just pump oil out with traditional old pumping techniques and machinery.

And after Davos, the world isn't giving up on Green Energy. In fact they just doubled down on it. The incentives, technical advancement, policy demand, and social desire are too good to pass up on. But i'm going to throw in a couple hundred dollars and buy some oil futures, once oil comes down below $25.

IMO Indian Air force should buy these mirages, IA is seriously Declining Mode.

Its too late now, but not just these Mirages. It would have been a great idea if InAF had bought the rights for Mirage manufacture when Dassault was shutting it down. It would have gotten a pretty good deal plus the potential for TOTs was huge.
