This is not fair reaction when we are aweak economy and much poor country than u.s we cannot grant them equal exemption as we have not enough means but u.s can easily grant this and it is prudent and ethical and moral duty of every rich country to help poor national

Diplomatic relationships are managed on reciprocity. Expecting such one way concessions is naive and foolish.
