U.S. Is Purging Chinese Researchers From Top Institutions

China hasn’t contributed anything of note in 2,000 years. The West has PROVEN itself to be more innovative than China. It doesn’t have jack to do with race. Why else do you think the China steals a quarter to half trillion in American know how annually? Because the CCP views itself as inferior. Apparently the CCP agrees with me on Chinese innovation.

And I post anti China articles to expose the CCP and frauds like you to facilitate an even balance on this forum. We can’t have the PDF Chinese Brigade and their a** kissers running amok on this forum can we? They’ve already run off several other good American posters over the years.

And you don’t know the first thing about me. It seems I’ve gotten under your skin. “Raging moron?” Lives in his “moms basement?” You reek of low quality. I’d ask you to step your game up, but it seems I’m conversing with a halfwit.

Yes, you are a raging moron.

And about your first paragraph, I'll leave you with this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Chinese_inventions

There aren't many Chinese in Chicago. Most are located in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York, especially the recent immigrants.
Not many chinese business. Weird, if you consider the fact that Chicago, not NYC, is the center for futures trading, forex trading, commodities trading.

Are you asserting that Vietnamese are richer than Chinese and Vietnamese Americans are higher earning than Chinese Americans?

Chicago is always the middle child of big cities and generally is sort part of the larger rust belt of the Midwest they are a lot of immigrants mainly from South Asia,And Latin America but not much

Oh I like Chicago. Probably the most exciting city in the world. The summer is so hot, you can’t stand 5 minutes on asphalt. The winter is so cold with Meter of snow. Without protection you won’t survive. Gun violence every night. When I first arrived the city, my coworker remembered me „never ever go to certain areas“ or „don’t cross that streets!“. Best food scene, best skyline, best zoos, best street atmosphere.

Well you get the best Vietnamese „banh bao„. Good pho soup.

The NIH and the FBI are targeting ethnic Chinese scientists, including U.S. citizens, searching for a cancer cure.

In Wray’s telling, China’s challenge to the U.S. today is unlike any this nation has faced. Whereas the Cold War was fought by armies and governments, the contest is being waged, on China’s side, by the “whole of society,” the FBI director said, and the U.S. needs its own whole-of-society response. But what does that look like in a society with more than 5 million citizens of Chinese descent, many of whom work in the very science and technology fields said to be under assault?

The FBI is telling companies, universities, hospitals—anyone with intellectual property at stake—to take special precautions when dealing with Chinese business partners and employees who might be what Wray calls “nontraditional” information collectors. U.S. Department of Justice officials are doing roadshows to brief local governments, companies, and journalists about China’s perfidy. Visas for Chinese students and researchers are being curtailed, and more Chinese engineers and businesspeople, especially in the tech sector, are being detained at U.S. airports while border agents inspect and image their digital devices. The FBI is pursuing economic espionage investigations “that almost invariably lead back to China” in almost every one of its 56 field offices, Wray said.

discrimination against Chinese American US citizens is illegal.
your real gripe is that they are making it harder to steal intellectual property

You probably also believe that China had never existed until the recent 300 years.

tell us what China accomplished before 1700. The accomplishments are significant but nothing earth shaking

Your definition of "earth shaking" may be shaky, too. Nevertheless, just imagine the world in 1700 without paper, without compass, without gunpowder。

The most exciting city in the world? LMAO I don't think you've been to many cities. Haha

And yes, I've been to Chicago. I liked it, but most exciting city??

Ancient Egyptians used paper. there is no evidence they copied it from China

The Chinese had compass. They never figured out how to use it for something useful like navigate the oceans.
Ditto with gunpowder. The Turks were first to figure out how to use it in a military onslaught.

I went last time to New York, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Miami. Can say Washington is the best place. Very clean, very safe, good public transport, good foods. The rest is a big disappointment. New York: terrible hotel, terrible food, everything expensive, scammers everywhere in Central Park, dirty Chinatown with bad food, driving car is a nightmare. Miami Beach looks better in brochures than in reality.
Philadelphia is a place when you arrive you want to go out.

What Egyptians used is called "papyrus", not paper. Nobody said papyrus is copied from paper. You just invented this statement. Chinese were navigating the ocean with compass before anyone else. And somehow in your word, Chinese didn't know how to do it. And Mongols had been conquering the world with their Chinese-made cannons long before Turks appeared on the world stage. Do a better homework next time before any attempt to diminish Chinese.

if you want to nitpick yes paper and papyrus are different. Did it stop Euclid and other Greek/Roman authors from publishing their books ? paper is more useful with a printing press.

Where did the Chinese navigate to ? They had little need to navigate the oceans

Actually those are myths. Read up on Zheng He, the Chinese did use a compass to navigate the oceans. Same with gunpowder, the cannon and the first crude guns were invented in China.

What China lacked was not the resources and weapons but the ambition to conquer the rest of the world. They saw themselves smugly as the center of the world and were satisfied as long as other countries paid tribute.
