china is their emaginary enemy not real enemy. US prefer chinese superpower, it's a perfect excuse to sell weapons to japan, s korea, australia, india，and viet and create most of their GDP. US do not want to conflict directly with china too. A weak china do not compliant with US's profit.

Yeah. Cost control is the only viable cause for this acquisition. American trainers are state-of-the art, but they aren't nessessary for fresh cadets.
