Work on your joints or skin rather then worrying about these tiny things. Take fish oil and creatine regularly. I am typing since past 17 years and so far can break any keyboard.

Your genetics makes your physique resilient. You need not worry about such small things. For some, even such small things are critical.

I've been typing since i was about 7, am 42 now, and no complaints at all so far.
I use the 10-finger approach to reach the full keyboard on laptops and desktops.

I suck at smartphone typing :)

Typing since such early age? That may be the reason you don't having any pain. Your body probably got adapted to this activity while growing up.

Starting age is probably a critical factor here. I have heard that if you regularly do heavy exercise without warm-up in childhood and continue the practice of not warming-up into adulthood, you would have no injury or pain or problem whatsoever despite not warming-up.
