No possible. The cost will be so high that building new one will be even cheaper. The radar is different. The VLS is different. Just these 2 major component will cost most and not including the refrubished/redesign cost.

China most likely will sold these 6 Type052C destroyer once enough number of Type 055 cruiser enter service.

The PLAN recently upgraded their Sovremennyys with updated radars and VLSs in order to fill the gap in capabilities. If they deemed that to be worth it, then I definitely see them upgrading the 052Cs too at some point.
