Two policemen killed in firing incident in Mardan
MARDAN: At least two police officials were reported killed during a firing incident that took place in Mardan on Monday morning.
As per reports, some unidentified men opened gunfire at Shago Naka check post which killed two policemen-Hawaldar Farhad and Sepoy Nawaz on the spot. However, there are no reports of anyone being injured in the incident.
Following the incident, Malakand Road was cordoned off and a search is underway to identify and arrest the assailants.
