KDP is a Kurdish political and militant party that recently tried to start an insurgency in Iran. They obviously failed, and now their headquarter in Iraqi Kurdistan (Erbil) has been bombed. Kudos to the Iranian intelligence services.

Update:

Twin explosions in front of the office of Iran's Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) office in Koya have killed four people, according to initial reports from Rudaw's reporter on the scene.

Ten others have been wounded.

Some of the bodies of those killed have been badly burned in the blasts.

A source told Rudaw that the bombs were on two motorcyles.

That's not really a smart way to deescalate tensions between the Iranian government and the Kurdish insurgents. I doubt Iran was behind this attack, otherwise it would've been an incredibly foolish decision. This will simply lead to more violence.
