nah man. I think the simitci cart in the beginning looks a lot more advanced compared to M60Ts.

(Kinda like what we also do with old AAA guns which are now anti infantry base defense and it works wonders )

I saw one of them used. Effective is not enough to tell it's effect.

It destroys everything, even the rocks on the field.

Unfortunatly you cannot find the terrorist who was attacking you after that shot. (Only some red marks somewhere and some riffle parts and you understand the man firing you was there.)
