One thing i can't understand, is that Turkey is trying to send rover onto moon. Why? For what benefit? How would it help Turkish Space program?

No dude, it is not Rover mission. it would be a Hard Landing as told by President Erdoğan in press conference ( sort of designed crush at somewhere on the moon)
