خب ، اصلا چرا ما باید بابت فساد یک الدنگی به نام زنگنه و مهدی هاشمی چند میلیارد دلار جریمه پرداخت کنیم ...
ترک ها قبلا هم شکایت می کردن ( و دلیلشون هم این بود که ایران توی قرارداد کرسنت با قیمت خیلی پایین تری تعهد کرده گاز می فروشه و داره به ما زور می گه ) ولی می گفتیم که زنگنه برکنار شده و کارش غیرقانونی بود و اون قرار داد کان لم یکن شده ، زمانی که این الدنگ دوباره وزیر شد ، هم کرسنت دوباره شکایتش رو انجام داد و هم ترک ها ...

حالا باید هم به ترکیه جریمه بدیم و هم به شرکت کرسنت !!! اونم چند ده میلیارد دلار !!! الآن این زنگنه چه سودی برای کشور داره که ما بخوایم از جیب ملت چند ده میلیارد دلار جریمه پرداخت کنیم !؟

هیچ کشوری نمیتونه به بهانه اینکه وزیرش کار غیر قانونی کرده بزنه زیر قرارداد. همانطور که هیچ شرکتی نمیتونی با برکنار کردن مدیرش یه قرارداد رو به هم بزنه. وقتی حق امضا داره همینه که هست حتی اگر برکنار بشه.

no , buy most of my uncle and cousins are working in petroleum related companies ... in Ahmadi Nejad era their only problem were Sanctions and some whining about giving some projects to Chinese companies and IRGC's related companies , but now they are really angry with this guy ( Zanganeh ) ...

Well that usually that happens when the new administration takes over and replaces people all over the place and takes some time for the dust to settle.

But from personal experience dealing with that ministry both during his administration and after, I can say during his time, the ministry was much more organized. He also was against IRGC taking all the projects for itself so provided a lot of opportunity for private sector to jump in.

A lot of new private engineering, contract management and contracting companies flourished during his time to the point they started looking into international market. And again it was during his time that for the first time Iranian companies started working on design-build projects in petroleum sector(Nargan and Saze are a few to name) I think he is a very capable and experienced person.

IRGC come after sanctions , there were one Choice , IRGC ...
you are talking about private sector but there private sectors are from Tehran and are related to Zanganeh and his partners ( they are giving contract to themselves ) ...

Its was an alternative for Iranian and Russian gas and oil ... and they are planing to link it to Turkmenistan and then buy Gas from it ( instead of Iran and Russia ) ...

Iran’s joining the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) will be discussed during a meeting between Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Tehran March 4, according to Turkish media.
“Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoglu and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will discuss the supply of Iranian gas to Europe via TANAP,” said the Turkish media.

The sides will also discuss issues of investment and energy and the Syrian crisis.

Five bilateral documents between Iran and Turkey are expected to be signed during the visit.

If and When this deal goes through, the fate of the participating countries will be so intertwined that they will form a natural alliance against any other power that wants to disturb it, i.e. Thunder coalition.

Europe needs more than 400 bcm to meet its needs , Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan don't even produce half of that combined.

No you are supposed to understand that IRGC had an appetite for construction projects from long ago (as opposed to what you said that they came after sanctions) and wanted to expand into Petroleum related projects as well but Zangane didn't let them. But after Ahmadinezhad, they were allowed to take part in almost everything.
