I know that 'state of emergency' might be different depending on the countries,but what does it clearly mean for Turkey ? What are the powers given to the government in state of emergency ?

We have the same law with EU which is compatible with Copenhagen criteria...... however..... You know the rest, we already bend the laws prior to State of Emergency. Gülenists traitors have to be purged from all of the state institutions

Dude,I saw al ilst of forbidden channels as of today in Turkey.That's why I've said....."maybe tuna fishing is unislamic, if it gets shot down".I don't really know if tunas are impure creatures or not.
