Israel is not targeting rocket launchers. It is targeting civilian homes which have caused almost all the civilian casualties. If you claim Israel is upholding international law, you must prove that each and every single home has a military presence to justify an attack. Irregardless of whether you say you warned them or not(many weren't), it's unlawful to target civilian homes of combatants without unequivocal proof that those homes were used as military bases.

Meanwhile, they have also literally targeted civilians in several instances, so explain to us these specific incidents. Don't give us empty slogans.
