Neither Assad or Russia have operational drones measuring the dimensions of the shot down object. This is an Anka.

No, it was probably Regime militants near the area (they announced it). Rebels just thought it was a regime plane.

They are celebrating on behalf of Abu Tow. The rebels were dissatisfied with that the Anka didn't leave any tank kills for them
