Nope, TSK is not setting the Pace... since the one giving the Huge part in fighting and give "Legitimacy" for TR op is indeed FSA...
Without them on your side...all this YPG op will not have been possible...
Both should work as Allies... And both should honor their "deals"...
When you give the insurance to take back those areas to gain every bit of FSA support in this op...the simple and most basic thing..is to honor...

Actually we don't know the deals between Turkey and Russia. Is Turkey able to fly their jets in Afrin without Russian permission? Erdogan's speech is just a political purpose. In Syria Turkey can ignore Assad, USA, EU, UN but not Russia.
