Turkish Peace Operations in Syria (Operation Olive Branch) Updates & Discussions

http://syria.liveuamap.com/en/2017/23-july-hts-controls-on-all-ahrar-alsham-sites-inside-edlib If Ahrar dont get their sh!t together and dont take back the lost points we must be ready to welcome "savior" Assad army in Idlib and we are losing our tool for pressure over them.
so, I have question.
why don't you see Assad as solution?
Obviously, he is better than Al-Qaede and it is in your benefit to be neighbor of Assad than Zombies.
It is best time for Turks to clear their old mistakes toward Syria and work with only legitimate governor of Syria.

It will sound very direct but we must have a word in the policies that the future government in Syria is conducting. I dont care if its Assad or some other. The important part is that we can apply pressure over the government to conduct balanced politics that also benefit us to. I am sure that there can be any scenario that could benefit all the sides and the thing I dont want to see is Kurdistan on the border. I also want to see that sunnis can have significant impact over the decisions and the actions of the syrian government. I see you iranians are doing very well in your policies of expanding your power in the middle east. I respect that but as we have mutual interests with you we also have contradicting policies and we are fighting one another over regional leadership. So I prefer to have more power than you there. One of the biggest weapons of this type of powers are installing governments/dictators that are from the minority in the country no matter if its minority in ethnic or in religious plan and then those leaders are conducting policies that are repressing the majority and benefits the minority in that country and the tension in that country is like bomb with a timer. We dont like this type of leadership. Yes he is the leader of Syria but very big part of the syrians dont want him there. I want "democratic" solution to all the mess there let the people take their decision. I am sure that the decision will be right also the decision will benefit us and if Assad want long peace he will change the policies that we dont like but there is also other thing. What about the war crimes done by Assad? I dont say that FSA and the other groups are angels but what about Assad? Is there going to be justice for him? A lot of people have died by his hand not only in the war but also before the war when the grip of the dictator was strong. There are a lot of questions without an answer at this time but I hope everything will be nice at the end and all the sides will have their benefits. If there is justice Assad will not be solution he became criminal already (FSA are not angels). So I hope that a new leader will emerge and the chaos will stop.

Thanks for respond,
actually you are repeating failed Turkey policy in Syria again and again and I don't see any difference in your words from 2011.
you are saying Syrians should decide for their fate and at same time saying Assad is minority and bla bla so he can not participate in future of Syria.
Are you Syrian ?????? if not, allow Syrian to decide about who rule them.

we are seeing result of your majority and majority ruling in Idlibistan.
In the last 7 years, majority of Syrian population prefer to live under legitimate Syrian Government rather than majority Sunni ruling in Idlibistan or other part of Syria, also Sunnis are in both of Syrian Government and SAA, so don't speak sectarian b/c Syrian government is not sectarian.

I think, the only solution for Syria is respecting Syrian decision in future election and stop to put condition for them about how to do that.

Nusranın Afrin operasyonunu sabotajını izliyormusunuz? Nusra Amerikan destekli bir proje olduğunu tekrar ortaya koydu.

https://syria.liveuamap.com/

Nusranın Fırat kalkanı operasyonuna giden birliklerin ailelerine saldırısı ve Türkiye destekli İdlibli muhaliflere saldırmasından sonra Türkiye Fırat kalkanı birliklerini İdlibe kaydırmak zorunda kaldı, gerisini hesap edin.

Every country have its national interests that must benefit that country. Our policies in Syria are changing actually. The number one rule "Assad must go" has no changed but we are searching for more peaceful methods to help this bloodshed stop. We are now working very closely with Russia and Iran and one of the proofs is the cease fire zones. The thing is not with Assad or not. For me the thing is stable government conducting balanced policies but when Assad was conducting war crimes in the end of the day he will be in front of judge and that judge will decide. I would want to see something like coalition and all the sides have a word there. I want to see educated, senior members of the opposition that can be politicians I want to see also kurdish representatives there but not from PYD because PYD is separatist and terrorist movement, Assad followers and all these groups that have the power to change something. I am sure the russians and you the iranians dont care what will be the name of the leader the important thing is that you have interests there and you want to pursue them just like Turkey. Nobody is savior for free we all know this.

Al-Qaeda captured most of the İdlib-Hatay border, in few weeks whole Turkey-İdlib border will be under control of Al-Qaeda, and Turkey won't have any connection with FSA, thanks to our brainless idiots in the government.

Ur Avg turk doesnt care if assad stays or leaves. I think there was a survey and only 30% supported a war against assad 70% didnt want to have anything to do with it while the same survey showed that the majority of the population supported the war against PKK in syria. Our main problem is obviously the PKK in the north if that means working together with assad we will have to do that. Im pretty sure that the hardcore sunnis despise assad but giving the current circumstances with the refugees and pkk they will keep quiet. Im fine with assad staying if we get free pass in the north he can whatever he wants to do. Idlib right nowis a very hot zone. We will see how things will develop there.

so, do you can say what exactly changed ??
It seems that you didn't follow Arab spring from first day. the main slogan of Arab spring was (( الشعب يُريد إسقاط النظام ))

Arabs just knew what they did not want also Arabs did not know what they want.
and after seven years you are repeating that and saying our policy does change toward Syria.

Assad will stay and when you accept that your problem toward Syria would reduce.

Turkey's only condition would be "destroy PKK in northern syria, whether you capture those lands or i will capture with FSA".

There is no Turkish red line beside PKK, in Syria and Iraq.

The terms right and wrong are not static things. For one right is one for another its something different. For me the right is that benefit my country, my people and my friends. Fear to the enemy, security to the friend thats right for me. I would pick everyone that is my friend. It can be Assad follower, from the opposition or kurd. If Syria with Assad is threat to me I say no, if Syria with Assad is not threat for me I say yes. Its so simple.

If the Turkish goverment is smart, we should accept all the remaining fighters who want to leave Idlib due to HTS being the single dominant force there and allow them to join the Euphrates Shield under a single banner. Atleast then we can directly influence the revolution and not deal with Al-Qaida scum.
