What I heard is that US is not willing to sell SM-3 to Turkey. Maybe it has something to do with your own Combat Management System.

I heard even Hisar is in consideration. Since We won't see any tf2000 in next 5 years Hisar is likely to be ready by then. Which would also give us flexibility to update Sam system in a relatively short time whenever we develop some thing new(missile radar etc).
