What is harpy? A target drone?

No its not a target drone but a suicide drone crafted by IAI(Israel Aerospace Industries).Its job is to atack antennas/radars of air defence system like Patriot/S-300 by detecting waves emitted from the antenna/radar and directly fly towards it explodes.

Mate, it's nicht ein targeting drone! It's basically a radar homing "bomb" that's being propelled by a pushing propeller.

Only 16km for medium altitude air defence system? Altough 4 missiles in each launcher are to scant.

Nope mate they are "long altitude" missiles and their ranges are over 150 km.

Short Range/Max Effective Altitude: 5000m
Medium Range/Max Effective Altitude : 10.000m

I think that's not enough, I think. Most aircraft have an max altitude over 10.000m. Full loaded!
