Turkey develop so many other projects that require more money.. it is smart that they dont waste money in here which you can mass produce in case of war.. others require time such as engine development or jets prodution

I totally agree. But there is a much bigger problem. We are not wasting our money; we are wastig our engineering time too. And we have very limited high quality engineers because of lack of industrilisation and lack of production in country.
