In theory yes, but I've read comments here and there that Ural is more designed for (soft) policing, not combat.

Vehicles are not important. Turkish institutes has vast of experiences to design any type of armoured vehicles. It is their engines and transmissions make them so special...

It looks like they're "inspired" of cobra 2 and I think it looks very well with their first vehicle, especially the MRAP version will eliminate BMC Kirpi. Btw Tumosan has its own engine a great advantage.

The question is how much Tumosan will replace Otokar Cobra, BMC Kipri etc?

I don't think the Mrap one is in the same category/size of a kirpi...
And they will neither replace Otakar ones...
TR will take some, that almost for sure... then it will be for export mostly, since it's a TR engine, no more restriction for export ( if any there was...)

If so, size of MRAP cant be much differentiating. Lets wait for it.
